Buyer Beware!

I had a terrible experience with 5 Star Dealership. They took over two weeks to repair my car, and now things that were working perfectly fine beforehand are no longer functioning. To make matters worse, they left my car unlocked, and someone stole over $300 worth of personal items, including my work boots, a new sweater, a USB drive with irreplaceable photos of my children, and a prescription paper.

When I picked up my car, the battery in the car was dead, but the car was unlocked, proving it was left open. The head tech claimed they wouldn’t leave it unlocked, but the evidence says otherwise. Despite calling the manager three times and sending emails, I’ve received no response in over a week and a half. It feels like they’re deliberately avoiding me.

It almost seems like an inside job, as my tools, which had been buried in the back of the car, were found sitting on the front passenger seat when I picked it up. This dealership has shown complete disregard for customer service and accountability. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere!

This is my second review i have written the first one i delete because they finally started to help me with the car. I started having issues with the car a month in to owning the car.

Hands down the best place to buy a used car in London. I did not have a large budget, and I did not want to do finance.
Fatlum was very accommodating and set me up with a suitable car, also a 2 year warranty and some free oil changes. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

Sales rep was decent, shop - meh. Car “passed” safety with a burnt out break light so not sure what else was skipped or over looked.
Car has a transmission issue, 5 star says have to take to ford, ford says unless it’s a very specific code it’s not a no charge service and given the car was bought in that condition (I will add the codes we’re there when I bought it and cleared so the engine light was not on) I should take it back to 5 star. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else, I bought a car from this place years ago and had nothing but issues and I was hoping they changed - they haven’t.
I bought a super shit expensive paper weight and there is NOTHING I can do about it

I brought my mother here to look for a new to her vehicle. I've been to other car lots and Andrew and his team by far treated us better than anywhere else I've been to. They were kind, genuine, polite and above all else went above and beyond to make our experience above par. The whole team is fantastic but Andrew and Ibrihim really went the distance. They treated my mom like their own family. We are now in a beautiful vehicle and we couldn't be happier, it's absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back. Thank you ❤️

TERRIBLE PLACE. Bought a vehicle and was told the rubber for the sunroof would be fixed before we pick up the car. Of course they had the money for the car and we were told waiting for the parts. One month later after many calls and emails they have to order the part. I asked why was I told its on order. Never did get a reply. Excuse after excuse..finally 2 months later was told bring your vehicle in for 8am it will only be 30 minutes to fix. 45 minutes later they are waiting on a part (silicone or glue) to arrive...finally had enough after 1 1/2 hours waiting I asked for my vehicle I had another appointment.whrn they finally brought my vehicle out I was told if I get stuff myself I just put a dab at the tip and the rubber will stay put...left the auto shop to find out they didn't even leave the rubbers in the vehicle so I could do it myself. Grrrrr.
While waiting on different occasions got talking to other customers to hear their horror stories. Once they have your money...you are WHO?

Awful experience here and I highly recommend no one purchases their vehicle from here either. I purchased a vehicle in June 2023, waited 3 weeks for the car to be delivered due to them not being able to fix a headlight issue. After 3 weeks they delivered the car with no working headlight, no working halo light, no working fog light, and a completely rotten exhaust - from start to end. I had to go back and forth with their pathetic shop manager trying to resolve my issues. After a year and a half, my car is still not fully fixed and I’ve had to resort to using my own money to fix the problems the dealership should have fixed in the first place. STAY AWAY! Spend your money elsewhere, i wish i could give this place 0 stars for how terrible of an experience ive bad with them.

From the moment we contacted them to the moment the car was delivered was a great experience. All questions, concerns and everything in between were taken care of. The car is in great shape and we've had zero problems with it. This is my second vehicle from 5 Star Dealers and look forward to purchasing the next.
