Someone incorporate needs to be FIRED! What study group unanimously voted to have LETTICE & TOMATO as a default topping condiment for a Philly cheesesteak? Utterly sinful and a waste of $20. I did not know this until I got all the way back home and I realized that lettuce and tomato are on the pictures until it was too late. If you want a real Philly cheesesteak, go to Uncle Phil's on Moreland Avenue in Atlanta. At least if you spend $15 to $20 you get a real Philly cheesesteak that is made with Quality Cheese and toppings I could barely find the provolone cheese! The meat was not finely chopped up it was still whole. The bacon was flimsy and not crispy. Total Fail. The woman and man who took my order were friendly and helpful.

I visited this location around 8:30pm they close at 9:00pm so I order to go.
My order was a large chicken Philly and a small chicken Philly with just cheese.
When I got home, and see my sandwiches they just put cheese with no chicken. I went next day to speak with the manager and she said that the sandwich had chicken, she wasn’t that day at the store. One of the employees that prepared my sandwich was there, and told her that I was right, that they didn’t put chicken in the sandwiches, the cashier make the order bad. And even with her employee telling her that the manager didn’t want to accept that she was wrong and she started saying that I have to order a chicken Philly with chicken and cheese. If I’m ordering a chicken Philly, that means that I want the chicken. And she just wanted to make me see like I was the wrong one, even when her employee told her that the Philly didn’t had chicken.

I have visited several times, this being my last. First visit, I had a Philly with french fries. The fries are just not good. No amount of ketchup can save them. Second visit I had just a Philly, no fries. The Philly is edible but not delicious. Third visit I brought my daughter, and she got a Philly and french fries (pictured). Her thoughts were the same. The fries are awful, and she was flabbergasted that it cost 12 dollars for the meal.

The menu, as bright as it is, displays what ingredients are on their Phillys. So why the hell are y’all adding lettuce and tomatoes to it? What a terrible surprise when I got home ? $8 for a small!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

Surprisingly delicious--much more so than the storefront it replaced. Similar quality and taste to Philly Connection, but with a more expansive set of choices. The wife already wants to go back.

Scammers! My card was charged 3 times!! One was a double charge for my order and the other one was a totally different amount. I payed with my card and the girl said it didn’t go through, I used Apple Pay and it went through however when I got home there was 3 charges from here. I went back and she said only one was showing up in her system and said there was nothing they could do. Refused to give me a refund, had to report to the bank.
