I have my car serviced at McKenna VW. They are the only dealership that I trust with my car. I would have given them five stars, but they’ve stopped the service that I need most- in and out Saturday service. I used to be able to schedule an appointment for a Saturday morning and have my car serviced by the end of the day. I miss that.

Worst experience. After four hours and catching the bait and switch of the GM warranty and many questionable financial changes I reached the limit of my temper and said I'm done. I took the $6000 check I already tendered told them to tear up the contract and I walked out. Penske seems to be where they play games like other shady car dealers by switching what they promised you for something else and charges appearing that we're never agreed to so buyer beware. I'm lucky I am an attorney and was able to catch the errors despite the fatigue which set in after being there so many hours.

In the past, this was the obvious place to car shop, especially if you weren't sure what make of vehicle you wanted yet, because you could park at one end and walk along the pathway to browse the selections across all the dealers.
Some of the dealers are open until 9pm. So if I walk through a few of the lots starting before 8pm, I may not be able to see everything.
But I don't understand why any of these employees would be outright HOSTILE to someone walking through a lot of cars before 9pm. By the time I passed the GMC dealer, casually looking at window stickers, I get BLASTED by a ridiculously loud security interco, warning me that I can't be on the property and that someone will be dispatched.
Okay, RUDE, especially after barely being acknowledged by any salespeople from Ford, to Toyota, to Honda (the only one with a very polite employee that tried to help me).
Even so, okay, not only do you not want to sell, you don't want me to even browse the window stickers. Fine. I go to the other side of the street and start heading back, staying only on the sidewalk. It's almost 9 at this point, so maybe nobody is open anymore.
Now I'm walking back to my car parked at South Street. And I hear someone calling my name. I trim around and it's a young man kind of shabbily dressed with"security" attire, jacket and ball cap.
He's polite and friendly enough. But he starts asking me questions a COP would ask. "Do you live around here? Just taking a walk? Shopping?"
On a personal level, I'm prone to just answer people's questions and have a conversation. But I'm on public property and these questions are none of anyone's business after I've stepped off of their parking lots. And I don't want to be rude to him because he seems to have been dispatched by someone else since he's asking if I was in the GMC lot and whether I left the lot when the intercom warned me. It wasn't him and he was trying to reassure me that if I walked off the lot, after the announcement, everything was fine.
But that's still unacceptable. There are no gates around these dealers. There are no obvious signs at the sidewalks warning that you can only walk there during specific hours. And not all the dealers have the same hours. So it seems ridiculous that a potential customer should be interrogated, even politely interrogated just because they happen to be there near or even after closing time for some dealers.
The gentleman said something (a little bit incoherent) to the effect that I should give them a "heads up". And it took me a minute to realize how absurd that is. A heads up to who? Where? Do I just yell out "hey, I'm here, I'm not a vagrant, thief, or environmental terrorist!! I'm just checking your cars out, you know THE ENTIRE PURPOSE OF A CAR DEALERSHIP!!!"
Not a chance.
I miss the days when Cal Worthington was open until midnight and someone with a mind for customer service actually worked in customer service roles.
I will never return to Cerritos Auto Square or any of the member dealers, I promise you that. So don't worry about me getting too close to vehicles that are sitting out in the open in ungated plazas across an entire city block. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Purchased my truck from here.
Good atmosphere was chill no pressure.
Everything is clean and organized.
You can walk around and look at the vehicles with ease.

Cerritos Dodge had impeccable customer service! They made us feel welcomed, not pressured to make a decision. Will definitely return as a customer. Cherry on top of the icing, we found this beauty at such a great price!

Fast and friendly customer service. Pretty good so far. On my way to pick up my car. When I went to get my car the Dodge dealership and repairs lied to me about the money that they promised for volunteering to get my recalled car being fixed. I initially declined but they offered me $50 and Lou told me no. And they wanted to up-sell me. Then the valet service was very slow. The agent told me I should give him a high mark on his survey. Don't promise me anything and then dismiss me.

Cerritos auto square is easy to find, right off of the freeway. There’s plenty of parking, it’s not a crazy busy street which is helpful. It doesn’t put too much pressure on the unfamiliar driver when looking for the specific dealership driveway.
It’s intimidating for me to visit a dealership to look around because of all the salesman stories I’ve heard but it wasn’t a nightmare at all! The gentleman that helped me wasn’t pushy, he didn’t rush me or try to push a car on me. He took his time, was thorough in answering all my questions and didn’t make
Me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I visited the Toyota dealership and was seeing what they had for used cars. He even suggested that I go to the other deanships in order to be certain I was happy with whatever it was that I chose. I appreciate how on the windows of the far was all the information about the vehicle, including an easy to use QR code that connected me directly to the carfax report.
