Comments about the the Kissimmee Amtrak: The male on duty was not friendly at all. The bathroom that is only for Amtrak passengers did not have paper towels. The TV does not work. I will not complain about the fans because it is very hot outside .. Best attributes about this Amtrak stop is the 2 female agents in the office.

Small building with employees available for information, to buy tickets, and to assist with baggage. I always travel with just a carry-on, so I can't comment on how baggage is handled. I've traveled regular coach and a roomette. The roomette is very convenient and allows for a good sleep if you're going overnight and includes meals in the dining car. It's very expensive but if you book coach you get a chance to 'bid up' and select an amount you're willing to pay. You won't know if your bid was successful until an hour or so before departure but if successful, you can save money.

Historic building with vintage frame pictures.. Staff was super friendly and gave us updates when my train to Tampa was late when visiting. Sunrail is also served by this station.

It's small and definitely in need of an update but everyone is really nice and helpful. It's also really close to some food places and coffee shop. Also there is a park with a lake view that is nice to walk around at while you wait.

A reference to Kissimmee station including Amtrak, SunRail and Bus station is Pleasant st where there are unique wall paintings and many cafes to visit

It’s alright. The inside of the station is very small but the people that work there are helpful. The outside has enough benches to sit on. Nothing spectacular but no complaints.

Beautiful and comfortable trains. Avoid the I4 traffic. Perfect for downtown Orlando trips or Winter Park. Only down side is it runs weekdays only since it is meant to be a commuter train.
