i love it! riding the train from downtown to lakeline and back to downtown gives me the opportunity to catch up on reading build a good work schedule and most importantly avoid heavy traffic. parking over night would be great but i can see how people would take advantage of it none the less this system works great for me.

The transit station is clean, well lit, and safe. There is plenty of parking and I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. I enjoy using the bus and train to go to work and out for lunch or dinner on the weekend. It’s a great asset to the Lakeline area.

I missed the bus today as the horrible apartment construction has blocked the main entrance and the park and ride only allows entry from the east side, requiring you to walk about 150 yards to the bus stop. I wish CapMetro would have added a notification on their website warning commuters about this. The instructions are not clear

one star earned for being clean and nobody using it. nobody used it because it is extremely difficult. there is no way to properly enter the park to board at lakeline. every entrance is closed and tells you to go to another one. customer service is only a robot that hung up on me. i could not be more dissatisfied with public transit and now i see why NOBODY is ever on this train. it is so ridiculously inaccessible and inconvenient to use. this system of public transit is a complete dysfunctional waste of tax payer dollars.

The train is punctual. The station is clean. There are no restrooms. I downloaded the app, purchased my ticket, and activated it on my phone when I got on the train. You don't have to scan the code anywhere, just show it to the inspector if he gets on board and asks for it. A full day pass is $7 and it's good for train and buses for 24 hours from the time of activation.

Best kept secret about living in Cedar Park. We go for date night downtown Austin. The rest of the train is filled with soccer fans going to the Q2 Stadium for the game.

I love the metro rail and I use it every time I’m in Austin. Depending on the time of day, it’s almost as fast, or even quite a bit faster than driving. The one thing, why is there no bathroom here!? If it’s an emergency, go into the woods and feel validated that you’re not the first to do so. Needs a Portland Loo at least!
