Omar at Premium Auto was refreshingly honest and fair with us. We handed the check over and signed all the paperwork to buy the car we were interested in and on the drive home a weird mechanical issue popped up that didn’t show up in my test drive. When I told Omar he came and picked it up and took it to his shop and they found it was an expensive transmission issue. Omar gave me the option to cancel the deal and we could keep looking. He totally didn’t have to do that but I think his commitment to his customers and their satisfaction is clear. This is why you buy from Premium Auto ?

The sales person was very rude over the phone. He asked me how much money was I trying to put down and I told him nothing right now. He the said that I needed to put something down because I had a repo in 2023. I told him that’s false information And then he went on to say well you got a whole bunch of stuff on your credit report and we did a soft pull on your credit. I inform the sales rep the reason why I came to y’all because I saw on your website that y’all had in-house financing and a soft credit check still shows up as inquiry on my credit. I didn’t asked him where did he pull my credit from what Bureau because I have no repo in 2023 on my credit report with none of the Bureaus. He then proceeded to say well ma’am you still have to at least have the minimum of 1500 or $2000 For down Payment. If I was handle in such a rude way over the phone, I can imagine how I would’ve been handled in person. At the end of the day, I’m a customer Looking to purchase a car and even though at this time right now, I don’t have a down payment that doesn’t mean I won’t have one soon. First impressions are everything and my first impression is to definitely go somewhere else.
