I recently paid for a full interior and exterior car wash at royal car wash and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The job they did was far below acceptable standards. The interior still had visible dirt and dust, and the exterior was left with streaks and spots. It was clear that no attention is given

Additionally, the employees were highly unprofessional. They were rude and dismissive when I pointed out the issues with the wash. It’s frustrating to spend money on a service and receive such poor results and disrespectful treatment.

I do not recommend to anyone looking for a thorough and professional car wash. Save your money and go elsewhere.

✍? Today I paid $45 for my car interior and exterior cleaning. Dude, the service you guys provided was absolutely unprofessional and Novice.
They are so hurry and quick to finish the task. Never give attention about the dust left or others. If you paid $45 you will expect to get a good service. You guys are not professional $45 service.

I recommend to go for only $15 quick car wash. Not for other services.

Honestly I liked my experience here. They got the job done in a timely matter. I think I was there 15-20 mins. They cleaned both inside and outside my car and it looks great. I didn’t have to wait long and the price is reasonable. I did an interior and exterior clean for $45. I was calling around for the same service and the quotes were insane. The only hiccup was regarding payment. I paid before they even cleaned my car and I think the guy thought I didn’t pay, they asked for receipt etc. I was a bit annoyed because that is something they should have communicated with each other, but it wasn’t anything crazy. I’d definitely go back, No question

I got the #1 package which was $70. It had a variety of things including dash cleaning, centre console cleaning and polish. Once they were finished and handed the car back, I had to ask one of the workers to clean the dash again as it looked like someone just polished it without cleaning the dirt and grime.

I did not expect the car to look like brand new but this looks like they were trying to set a record on how fast they can get a car out of the wash.

I hope to hear back from this manager or owner to see if you guys can make this right. All I want is the service I paid for.

2 starts because the workers were polite. I do wish they had better training on how to clean cars if they work at a car wash.
