This is my first visit to the mini Oakville and it was a great experience, prompt response when I arrived. Dylan my service advisor was great in greeting me and assuring that I will be advised when my car would be available for pick up. It was smooth sailing. I did have a slight complication where my vehicles antenna got damaged. But Mini Oakville (Dylan, Thank you), professionally took care of the mishap. I appreciate the courtesy and care. Waiting for the parts.
P.S - the new minis on display at the showrooms Model year 2025, simply gorgeous interiors.

Always a great experience at Mini Oakville. Got a great deal on a winter tire package with the install facilitated by Dylan. All the staff are warm, welcoming and professional. Dylan kept me up to date on the progress during my wait. I highly recommend Mini Oakville.

I recently purchased a mini from Budds Oakville, and I couldn't be happier! Willem, the sales rep, made the whole experience a blast. His knowledge of the cars is impressive, but it’s his sense of humor that really sets him apart. He took the time to explain everything in detail while keeping the atmosphere light and fun. My first time at Mini Oakville and I was soooo impressed. Staff are super friendly, service was super fast…I was there for winter tire change and it took less than an hour…and the best part was that they offer a free Uber ride to/from anywhere in Oakville! So I was able to shop and have lunch in downtown Oakville while they serviced my car. Super duper service. Dylan was most helpful too.

Came in w my Mini for a small issue, just a catch bracket for the hood. Deacon ordered the part, had it in the next morning and called to let me know. Dylan took very good care to remove the defective one so I could drive my car safely without the concern of the hood not closing properly. To top it off, he even texted some options to make sure I felt safe. Above and beyond on all counts. Then when I came in to p/u the part, they both remembered me right away, and since it was a 30 second fix, Dylan had a service guy come put it on for me and had me in my way in 5 mins. Wow!! They could have complicated it and taken advantage, but not this crew. Super impressed. I highly recommend this trustworthy friendly bunch. Thank you.
