Let me paint you a picture. You’re a regular guy. You figure during your lunch you’re desiring a sandwich. A fine ham and salami. Alas a Deli Delicious is in your area! So you walk in. It’s hot. Really hot. Like where is the AC hot? Oh wait there is none! Oh well. You go and order your cold cut sandwich of choice. And upon that order you tell them basic instructions. No onion or tomatoes please. You exchange currencies, in my case $18 fine American dollar bills. Come to find out upon receiving your offer, alas! They made a mistake! But see mistakes can be overlooked! Nay, not this occurrence for multiple times they have made careless mistakes! They put onion! And took the lettuce! I enjoy lettuce and they took that away! Deli Delicious I am Deli Disappointed

They didn't get my order right at all! Now I'm stuck paying almost $8 for a gross sandwich.

Update: I was emailed by the owner at 8:30 at night and they offered to remake my sandwich. Really, 8:30pm, sure let me drive downtown to finally get the correct order before I go to bed. Emailed the company to see if I could get a refund. They replied and asked for my information to make it right, I emailed them my information and have herd nothing.
All I wanted was a refund since they obviously messed up my order. It's like they just wanted to say they reached out, but never really wanted to do anything. I would rather they just no reply at all instead of wasting more of my time just so they can pretend they did something.

I ordered a tuna avocado and sprouts , no lettuce , sub extra sprouts. They hardly put any sprouts and when I asked if I can get more the manager said she had to charge more, for sprouts I have never heard of a sandwich shop charging extra for veggies like lettuce, sprouts or tomatoes. I said no lettuce sub extra sprouts, $11 for a small tuna sandwich and she raises her voice and says everything is extra! I will never return here or any deli delicious again.

Ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches and I must say I am extremely disappointed. One thing I don’t like is for someone to play with my food and man did this location rubbed me the wrong way. Spent $25 and got the smallest sandwiches I could’ve ever seen. I literally could’ve made this at home. Presentation was sloppy bread extremely soggy, barely anything on the sandwiches. Call the store to let them know in a professional way and the manger told me she put 5 pieces of pastrami on each sandwich when I swear to you there was two pieces plus I got one piece of salami and one little pepperoni. I am very serious about my food and I don’t complain. Say no tomatoes they put tomatoes I will easily take it off but this is not ok. I am extremely disappointed in my sandwiches. I will never go back to this location. I will go back to the Jensen location they definitely aim to satisfy over there and they make great sandwiches. I was so hungry too and they just played with me.

Staff is very accommodating and very friendly. I've been here many times and they are always greeting everybody with a smile. It is great for dining in or taking out and you can always order ahead. It is conveniently located in a centralized area in downtown. Pretty close to a few parks around and then also have FCC and other great stores and thrift stores nearby.

Stop by if you're ever hungry.

Ordered cold sandwiches to be delivered. When they arrived, they had toasted both. Asked that I get provolone cheese instead of Swiss. Nope! Got swiss. Sandwich smelt so gross, I couldn’t eat it and had to put it in another room. Will not order from them ever again. If you can’t follow specific instructions for a customer than you don’t deserve my service

I have to sadly agree with the reviews at this location. I go here A LOT and unfortunately my sandwiches are bad more than they are good. The sodas are always nice and good but the sandwiches I have experienced stale bread several times, low portions and they just dont make the sandwiches right. There are a couple of really good people but it's a hit or miss. We dont order for catering anymore due to the inconsistencies. I didnt want to give a bad review but sometimes that's the only way to help a business get it right. We gotta get it together downtown Deli D. It's getting extremely disappointing. 🙁

I order the salami sandwiches and tell them exactly how to make it from easy lettuce to extra mayonnaise, mustard, oil and vinegar and I still get dry crunchy sandwiches....I cant direct it any better than that and it's still not right 🙁
