This is a very professional operation. After almost two weeks with my new truck, everything seems fine with no surprises, and so far is a testament to their overview and mechanical inspection process before a car hits the sales floor. Auto House has some of the most professional people I have encountered in the used auto world (although I dont buy cars very often). A big thank you to William for making the process smooth, flexible and most of all enjoyable. Kyle who runs the finance office is world class and runs his ship in a manner that is so professional that I have even taken a few cues from him for my own business conduct. Overall, everyone I interacted with at Auto House is great, and if they have a car you like....go get it.

Update 09/25/24: So these guys said they would handle an issue with an oil leak on the car that I pointed out to them prior to purchasing. About a few weeks later I find oil on my driveway even though I’ve barely used the car . I took it to the local franchise dealer and they said there’s a oill and send the report to these guys. After about a month of back and forth they don’t think it’s the same oil leak and if I bring it to them they will check it out but now I would bare the cost. Really disappointed that they didn’t do the right thing and stand by their word.

I would NOT buy from them again nor would I recommend unless they put everything in writing.

These guys are great! They offered to do the small things that mattered a lot! They also helped when I called them about an issue I had with vehicle. I would recommend them and would buy from there again if I needed to.
