My husband and I recently dined at pdq hoping to try some fried chicken recommended by our friends. Our experience here was extraordinary to say the least! The food was just excellent! A young man named Xavier took our order today and he was so helpful, great staff here! He really sets the bar high. We will definitely be returning.

I ordered an 8-count grilled nugget meal and got two small tenderloins torn into uneven pieces. When we politely addressed it with the staff, they dismissed our concerns and refused to acknowledge the poor quality. Very disappointing experience from PDQ especially since we mostly go to Chick-fil-A and are used to their amazing service.

Love the Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. Wife enjoys the crispy chicken sandwich. It has 2 tenders and great flavor. Her desert is the Oreo shake, her favorite!

When PDQ first opened in Tradition, they delivered complimentary tenders and salad to the reception @ Cleveland Clinic Tradition. I accepted the kind gesture and the staff enjoyed the PDQ treat. Been a fan ever since. However, recently several times our online orders for Mediterranean salad, was missing the hummus. Has the hummus been discontinued? The container appears smaller too. ?

Fries were overcooked. Chicken was dry. Milkshake was good. Ranch was good. Buffalo was just hot sauce out of a jar, not like it used to be way back in the day.
