Terrible dealership to deal with DO NOT do business with them , if I could put negative stars I would. I purchased an SRT at this dealership. The vehicle required hood and roof replacement due to hail damage. When I finally got the hood and roof replaced I was horrified to see that the paint on my entire vehicle was scratched. They had sent my vehicle to the cheapest and most unprofessional shop they could find to replace the hood and roof. But it came back in worse condition. After I had received my damaged vehicle they then sent my vehicle to Ming Auto Beauty & Protection Centre to repair the scratches. Ming Auto Beauty did they best they could but had notified me that there was too much damage on the paint. Caidyn was my sales person but he is no longer employed here, he was impractical and unprofessional. He did nothing to help me. I have tried contacting management but have been disregarded multiple times. Andrea Norlock tried to help me with this matter but also is no longer employed here and I don’t blame her. Raphael the sales manager has promised me a full tank of gas as compensation but never fulfilled his obligation. On top of this they have also promised me a refund an oil change but again never followed through. Additionally they have damaged one of my tires on my vehicle and just like the oil change and the gas my damaged tire was never replaced. Furthermore they have said I was going to be getting a spare tire but nothing was done about it. Kenwal from finance is HORRENDOUS to deal with. When I initially purchased my vehicle Kenwal had tried to sell me extra-stuff that was not needed on the vehicle. When I asked him to show me the total he only told me what I was going to be paying on a monthly basis. I insisted on reviewing the total cost of the add-ons multiple times and when he had finally given me the papers and I was able to review everything, I found out he had put over $10,000 in add-ons. Kenwal is extremely cunning. I called countless times to cancel all the add-ons and it was impossible to reach him. Moreover my bumper is not attached properly due to the clips not being seated AND they have also chipped both of my taillights adding more damage to my vehicle. Please don’t go to this stealership unless you want your vehicle to be damaged and you want to throw your money away. This dealership will scam you out of your money and once they do that then you are on your own.

very bad service. almost eight months are gone i gave my jeep in december month . but they did not repaire yet . whatever i called same reponce your jeep door hinges on the way . and i already complaint to the head office halifix. my jeep parked in open yard i attached the picure of my jeep . i already buy jeep from this dellarship. its my humble request for everyone pls dont buy any vehicle from dis dellarship . and repaire service is sooo bad .

I have been taking my fleet managed vehicle there for some time. It seems as though every time i get it back something related to what they fixed has also broken.

My most recent visit was due to my axle seals leaking and the previous repair was the axles. Upon retrieving it does not look like they have even removed the wheel. (Picture attached.) you would think that cleaning the area you were working on would be an appropriate step. No scuffs or removed oils.

I have known quite a few people that have taken vehicles in and had problems with the service and am now experiencing first hand. I would not recommend that anyone have their vehicle serviced here and am going to find another repair shop.

I brought my 2021 Ram Sport in (with short notice) for radiator replacement under warranty. They took my truck in right away. I’m really impressed with this experience. Thank you Erwin and crew for your help.

Purchased a 2024 durango.
Nothing but issues and incompetent service since.
Undercoat all over my interior after being done here.
( Was done shotty to say the least. Looks like it was finger painted.)

One oil change and now there's mechanical issues promptly after.

Service neglected my calls and I am in the process of filing upper management complaints. Completely unacceptable service. No excuses. Who gets a brand new vehicle and has a dealer not even have the decency to get back to them!? What a joke this place is.

A big thanks to Erwin and the team for an awesome experience! They took care of my Jeep Wrangler right on schedule, listened to all my concerns, and gave me a detailed report and estimate. They fixed thermostat failure that happened second time and they fixed it with no extra charges. Which is why I always like to choose to bring my jeep here instead any other shop. They even fixed the key autostart issue for free, which really impressed me. Thanks to everyone for the fantastic service!
