About a year ago I was purchased here used Nissan rogue with 80.000kms. I thought I go to big dealer and will get a safe deal. But not here! After a week of purchase I have issue with lights and bump on one off my tire. But worst things was happened after 10.000. My transmission went down. And replacing was quoted me around 8.000 + tax! And guess what? no additional warranty was offered me on purchasing day. Because car was haved rolled back odometer.
Car was from US and who exactly was done it I don't know but what I definitely know is I lost more then 10.000$ in that Nissan! The guys knows they sell crap? Definitely. If you walue your time and money look around and stay away!

Great Service Once the Right Person Stepped In

I recently purchased a car from Morningside Nissan, and while there were some initial bumps in the process, I’m happy to say that everything was resolved quickly.

The General Manager personally stepped in to address my concerns, and from that point on, the service was excellent. Thanks to his attention and professionalism, I was able to complete the purchase smoothly and received my car within just a few days.

Overall, I’m pleased with how everything turned out and appreciate the swift resolution.

Ron in the Service Department is thorough, knowledgeable and transparent. He took the time to explain the importance of all repairs and maintenance that were suggested (and which ones were a priority vs. which items I could hold off on). I was shown pictures of my vehicle in the shop showing why my vehicle was unsafe. I also appreciate him explaining all items in a way I could comprehend as a non car person and the various updates he provided on the status of my car throughout the day. Kudos to you, Ron. We have visited Morningside Nissan to have a closer look at a Infinity QX60, 2024 as we were interested in it. There we met with the staff who were very professional and courteous.
In particular, Ms. Lanie was highly attentive to my questions and was able to patiently and competently describe all the options available to us for a trade in purchase.
We ended up purchasing the Infinity and trade in our QX60. When I picked up the car, it was clean in every detail and Lanie took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with everything.
We will definitely return to this dealership in future. All the staff at this dealership were helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
