My experience wasn't that satisfactory as the receptionist wasn't to nice to talk to. I had a long wait to be attended to. Thanks to the forklift operator who came to my rescue. However, the overall process from registration to virtual bidding and viewing is incredibly, the prices are affordable as well.

There is an Old man driving Forklift, OH my God , very rude , misbehaving, unhappy all the time .
If you ask him one question he doesn't mind spitting on your face .
Managers should do better .

DO NOT SIGN UP! Hidden fees added on without prior notice. It’s complete robbery. Couldn’t care less about there members - member support are useless. AVOID

After a 4 hour and 200 mile drive, we ended up at Co-Part Whitburn a day earlier than we booked online due to a mix up on our own behalf.
Most other Co-Part sites would not give you the time of day and not help you out at all.
Joanne behind the reception desk could not help enough and pulled it out the bag to get our vehicle for us within 30 mins of us arriving.

Just had my car collected to be sold by a 3rd party, everything went very well. Carl was fantastic as I was very nervous and upset at giving the car up but he spent the time explaining the process and put my mind at ease. Communication from the office and keeping me up to date is 5/5 guys. Well done. Thank you all.

NOT SO EASY 60 SECOND SIGN UP

After reading how to join on their website "Only takes 60 seconds" to join they say. I found out after paying the £100 membership fee they then ask you to upload 2 forms of id in my case my photo id and my recent council tax bill. I then assumed I could start bidding however this was not the case. Apparantly these documents will need to be checked and confirmed by staff before my account is activated. Meanwhile the company only work Mon to Fri so it looks as though because I joined on the Friday 29th Aug my documents will not be checked untill their office reopens for business on Monday 2nd Sept thats even if they are checked on Monday 2nd. Meanwhile the only reason I joined was to bid on a car in which the auction for it starts on Monday 2nd Sep it looks as though I will lose out on the car I wanted. So much for it only taking 60 seconds to join. If I had known how difficult and time consuming it took I certainly would not have signed up. Please make it known to any new members who want to join that they have to scan and upload documents that need to be checked first, not after you take the £100 membership fee. They even charged me an extra £1.44 because my Mastercard Debit Card was not recognised by their system, go figure ?
UPDATE: Seeing as how my account has not been opened for me to use. If anyone at copart could cancel my application and give me a refund please or dont you do that either ? PS. I have also replied to your request to send you my details.

Do not use the services of this copart (Whitburn) terrible client handling and will not take care of you at all. I had an outstanding balance of £24 for storage fee. My driver had gone up to collect the car and had offered to pay the extra fee because I had no clue about it he’s offered to pay both in card and cash but he was told they wouldn’t take payment from him had to be the buyer but every other copart does accept payments at office when drivers collect cars for the new owners.
I will not be using this place again as they accept that they’re wrong but won’t do anything to compensate you or try to resolve it.
