Absolutely amazing experience. Went in for 2 recalls and some servicing on my 220D. From the first phone call everyone was really helpful and efficient. All the staff in the showroom were very friendly and accomodating. They even let us take in our dog who they also provided water for without asking. The car was completed on schedule and drove the 100+ miles home feeling better than ever. Best dealer experience ever. Oh we also drank about £40 worth of free coffee as well. Great place, highly recommended.

Recently went to Lloyd BMW Carlisle to collect my new car! A big thankyou to Jamie for all his help when choosing my 1 series, popped in for a look and Jamie explained the differences between a couple of models with no questions disregarded! I was made to feel totally comfortable and take my time when it came down to discussing details. It was such an easy and relaxed experience with a super quick turn around! The car was covered over on handover which made it so exciting and the handover wasn’t rushed giving me a chance to enjoy the moment and take it all in! Reece in the Service Dept has been absolutely fantastic. My sons Mini Cooper S engine went and the customer service provided, from start to finish, was exceptional. Unfortunately the car had to be returned to the back to the other dealer we'd purchased it from but I highly recommend this dealership as every person we dealt with was extremely personable and couldn't have helped anymore than they did!! The customer service at Lloyd BMW is some of the best I've received from a business. As soon as you step through the doors you're made to feel welcome and an important customer. Whilst my car was in for a recall, I was offered a lift into Carlisle city centre and then picked up at an agreed time.
They come over and ask if you are okay and all the staff say hi. Keep it up Lloyd BMW, there's a lot many businesses could learn from you.
