My partner bought a car from Murray at Cars4You, and it has been a nightmare. When the car broke down, she experienced immense stress and received no support, as they refused to take responsibility for repairs. After investigating, we discovered that Cars4You has an 87% negative review rate online. If you doubt my experience, check review sites like Trustpilot or AutoTrader.co.uk. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any further information. UPDATE: we are 6 months now in dispute to unwind and have our money back. I share with my review a "GOOD WILL" car which my wife received from this crooks.Car was without valid road tax and pictures show very clear how car4you expose customer to problems. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolutely first class service from the team. I had a slight issue with the car that I purchased, but Ross was an absolute star, nothing was a problem for him. I am so happy that I decided to look for my new car at cars4you (Roslin, Straiton) and not Gumtree or something like that. I feel like, that the team was absolutely supportive and absolutely friendly. Straight from the beginning. Especially in terms of a couple of emails, which I had to write, Ahmad, always helped me. Together, we could find a car for me and all administrative things were easy, but just because of the help of the guys (also one colleague, I just forgot the name). Overall, without the help, I might still look for a car or would have decided wrongly (at least, this is how I feel :)).

Recently bought a VW Golf R from Cars4You Bilston. The car was immaculate, interior and exterior were like brand new. Car had some issues prior to delivery but they sorted everything out. Mainly dealt with Ross and he was great throughout the process. Also dealt with Ahmad on the day of picking car up and he too was very helpful. Would recommend.

Recently purchased a Golf R from this company. The whole viewing / sale process was handled by Ross who was extremely professional throughout . A couple of minor issues were resolved quickly and the car was immaculate on collection. Will be keeping in contact for an additional vehicle should one arise.
