I couldn't possibly fault any of the service that I have recieved from Graham and Fiona at Carwinley cars, both during the buying process and the after sales service. I bought a 15 year old car that had been around the clock (and some....), so naturally I was a bit anxious about what I was actually buying, but prior to handover Graham had this car pampered to death! I really couldn't ask for any more, new tyres, new battery, service, MOT and buffed and polished to within an inch of its life ...... and I absolutely love it ?.
Brilliant service from very friendly and efficient people. Thank you.

Deliberately waited few weeks before posting this review as I have been stung by dealers in the past.
I had my eye on this car and was told it hadn’t arrived yet.
Communication was great, I was contacted as soon as it arrived and was given first refusal of it.
The car, after a few weeks of waiting to see what was going to go wrong, is perfect, exactly as described and what a car it is, still can’t believe my luck in finding it!
Why can’t all the dealers be like this one.

Bought a car from this reputable local dealer & in all honesty I could not be more happier. The salesman actually turned out to be the owner a Graham Lightfoot. Great to see a 'hands on operator. He patiently took my son who is a learner driver for a test drive. All was perfect,finance speedily agreed and we collected the spotless car at the weekend. I have no idea why other reviewers make scurillous dis-paraging remarks,they are simply not true and obviously upto mischief.Good on you Graham keep serving the motorists of Carlisle with your bargains! Such lovely genuine people. Graham and Fiona were so patient and helpful after having had an awful experience of buying a dudd car from a different garage. They brought the cars we were interested in and were more than happy to give us space and time to view, test drive and ask questions. Didn't feel the least bit stressed even with a 3 year old with us. They were so patient. Car is beautiful and feels so safe and well maintained. Minor repair was needed that wouldn't have been found unless the car was used so no fault to anyone, car was sorted within a couple hours by more friendly after sales mechanics. Fiona sorted all the relevant paperwork out really efficiently. We chose the car at 2pm on the Friday and we picked it up on Saturday morning. Could not recommend enough. Very happy with our new family car.
