Having bought a V90 last year from Clelands, as a result of the excellent service and follow up, I decided to return for the service/MOT, despite the 320 mikes round trip. We just tied in a family holiday nearby, which tested their courtesy car option!
In all the team were there to take the car in just after 0800, the car I understand was in the bays for 0830, I received a video & call update and all was completed, paperwork in place and uplifted by 1030, and off on our holiday trips again in our lovely V90!!

As a long-standing customer of Clelands, I can only heartily applaud them for their amazing customer service and attention to detail. We bought my Son's latest car from them a couple of months ago, a stunning S60, and he is delighted with it. Not only that, but we always take our cars to Clelands for their annual service, MOT, or other jobs. I've had a courtesy car from them on several occasions whilst waiting for work to be done. Excellent service! The whole process from booking the service to getting my cleaned car back was customer focussed. Polite and knowledgeable staff and they made sure that only the required work was carried out. I will be using them as my Volvo garage of choice.

We took our ageing Volvo to Clelands for an electrical fault. The car - almost 20 years old - was worth no more than £600-700. We left the car, and when we returned home, we received a call from this company, and after inspecting the car they suggested - Clelands - could rectify the problems and faults for £2000. Not only did we dismiss this absurd and ludicrous idea, but we came to the conclusion this is verging on greed, or they must think we are stupid.
Just as bad, is when we went to collect the car - we walked the 1.5 miles to the garage, and I was half way through a sentence to the receptionist, when she interrupted, to answer the phone!
Who on earth is training these people?!

On seeing a used car for sale to making the purchase of my very first Volvo, the whole process from start to finish was great! Danilo was very helpful and gave me plenty of time to ask & answer all the questions I had about the car!
They’re all a really friendly bunch of guys and girls at Clelands.
Whilst waiting for your car to be serviced you can book an office, as well as tea and refreshments!

Recently visited to view a used car having not previously owned a Volvo. Following a chat I was encouraged to take it out to drive. Although I didn’t purchase at that time David the salesman was very helpful.

A few weeks later I spoke to David & returned to view, drive and purchase a vehicle.
The process to change was friendly, but conducted efficiently and subsequent follow up communication was sent as promised.

A modern, showroom, lovely coffee, overall a very positive experience.
