Service and repair has some seriously rude employees! I was dealing with 3 people and 2 of them were talking to me in a shockingly rude, abrupt manner!!!! I used AC in different parts of Scotland, and the service was always great. I definitely won't be back to the Motherwell branch, and I do Not recommend that place. The service costs a lot , when you pay a lot, you deserve a decent, respectful treatment and customer service. The guy was questioning me, where I've got my spare tire from as it was a crime to have one. Took several hours for changing 2 tires and 1 light bulb! .

Unable to rate 0 star. Bought Hyundai 21 reg. listening at cargurus that car has full service history, still Hyundai warranty but this was absolutely lie. Just 1 service with arnold clark 10 months ago. No Hyundai warranty due to missing annual services. Calls a lot of times to provide me service history, never told me that arnold clak don’t have service history, always said , shortly i send you. Finally visited to Garage and staff member gave me a 11 months old 1 service done by any other arnold clark garage . BE AWARE , NOT RECOMMENDING Arnold Clark Motherwell to anyone.

Don't usually write reviews but in this instance felt I had to. The Sales Manager Paul really needs to go back to customer service school he has no people skills and his attitude was appalling. The rest of staff were really nice but Paul just because you are a manager doesn't make you invincible. A little empathy goes a long way.

Ongoing issues over the last 2 years and every time contacted / went in told there is nothing they can do without the fault code showing as it comes and goes. Have all the communication saying we don’t think issue is fixed and the previous Service Manager agreed. Ended up having to hang up on the Service Manager as it felt like he was constantly trying to put words in my mouth as if trying to get me to play into his narrative and catch me out.

Basically made out that we just want a free repair job after we’ve found an independent mechanic who has diagnosed the actual issue. In reality, we’d rather give them the scrap heap back and go elsewhere to a decent trader.

Absolutely shocking customer service from a confrontational Service Manager. Would rather walk the length and breadth of the UK than ever purchase a car from Arnold Clark.

I recently went to Arnold Clark in Motherwell to buy a new car and we were assisted by Jordan who was absolutely excellent. He really listened and took on board what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect car. I cannot recommend Jordan enough he was great and would go back to him in a heartbeat if I was looking to get a new car again, highly recommend!!!

It was a great experience dealing with Hanzala Raheel. Very helpful and good communication. We bought the car we were looking for. So far no issues at all. I would highly recommend Arnold Clark Motherwell and if you get a chance to interact with Hanzala you will be one happy customer for sure.

Nothing but problems with a car I purchased from here in August 2024 that I mostly resolved without the not so helpful Arnold Clark. Car was probably never fit for purpose from the get go and wouldn't of bought it in hindsight however lesson learned. Avoid at all costs would never buy from here or any Arnold Clark store again
