Great experience buying our Volvo through Lloyd Carlisle. We were not local to the garage but the communication was great over the phone, email and videos etc The team were just as attentive and helpful when we eventually met in person.

Recovering a Volvo for a customer of ours, looked in the handbook to get the vehicle out of park so it could be loaded. Said to give Volvo a call. After many years of having to ring dealers to get the secret combinations and had little to no luck I made the dreaded call. I can say that Lloyds Volvo in Carlisle could not of been more helpful! From start to finish less than 5 minutes then car was able to be recovered. Thank you to the receptionist for directing me to the workshop and the incredibly helpful service department that guided me through the process. Thank you all!

car has been good but disappointed that no one thought to get in touch to tell me that my service plan ran out after 3 years not 3 services as I was told by sales agent. No point in using anymore as 3 hour round trip to get car serviced and have lost cost of 3rd service.

Went in to look at prospect of getting an alround luxury vehicle in the XC90.
Lewis came over with no pressure & we discussed the car, suitability & the way we could downsize from 2 cars to 1 luxury vehicle. I have bought many vehicles over the years & its nice to see an easy to speak to professional salesman who doesn't pressure you into anything & actually listens to what you want to achieve. Hopefully will be able to purchase one soon when I decide which version I want which is hard as they are all excellent specs. Would certainly recommend them to any of our friends or contacts if asked.

We had a pleasure of dealing with Steven Whatman when buying our car. We went to quite a few car salons beforehand but the personal service we got from Steven was second to none. The entire car purchase process went smoothly, we felt informed throughout the process and all our questions/queries were answered promptly. In fact the entire team was super friendly, we had lots of questions before coming to see the car and these were answered by the Manager quickly, we even got a personalised video of the car highlighting features we enquired about. Needless to say we are super happy with the car.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received at Lloyd Volvo Carlisle. We were very pleased with the information and attention from the sales person, Lewis Clark. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He had the balance just right, as we never felt pressured to buy but were given enough information to make a decision. The after sales was also very good. We felt he took the time to show us all the features on the car and was extremely patient and helpful with regards to changing our private number plate.

Had a great experience with James in sales at Volvo Carlisle.
