What an amazing experience I had at this dealership. From the moment I walked in I was referred to Abeer S. I told him the type of vehicle I was looking for, and I was aware that it had to be pre-ordered. He kept me up-to-date as much as he could with timeframe. I had an absolute great experience with him as well as the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the sales person to anyone who is looking for a purchase of a new or used vehicle. They managed to get me the car before Christmas and I was absolutely elated. I wanna say a big thank you to Abeer for going the extra mile. I love the new car smell haha. I've always used Gateway and have received good vehicle service and parts. However, I ordered a brand new vehicle through them and had a very poor experience. Upon pick up, the car was dirty inside and out, add-ons weren't installed and the car had multiple fine scratches and a good dent on the door. Manager Ivan told me they couldn't fix the dent and said that I would have to get it fixed even though I didn't damage the car or even buy it yet. I canceled and ordered through Sherwood Toyota.

I came to Gateway after having a bad experience elsewhere, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. From the moment I reached out, Ali, my sales consultant, went above and beyond. Knowing I was nervous and lived two hours away, he FaceTimed me to reassure me of the dealership’s legitimacy and put my mind at ease. He was personable, patient, and never once pressured me into anything.

When I arrived at the dealership, Deneb assisted me with setting up my phone and going over the vehicle to ensure everything was in perfect order. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

The finance team was equally excellent—straightforward and efficient, which I really appreciated.
