My wife and I spent the last month or so looking for a newer vehicle, and when I saw one on the website for Mercedes West that caught my eye, I was extremely fortunate to be put into contact with Dari.
Right from the start, he was genuine and real and treated me like a human being, not just a possible sale. It was incredibly refreshing. If I’m to be honest, I’m not a big fan of looking for a used car at a dealership. I find many of the salesman very pushy, as well as the games some of the dealerships like to play incredibly frustrating.
There was none of that at Mercedes West.
Dari, and the entire sales team, throughout the entire process treated my wife and I incredibly well. They were more than fair when I made an offer, and in all honesty, the entire process was actually a lot of fun. We actually had a lot of laughs! (It’s amazing what happens when people are just being real.)
My wife and I are both extremely happy with the car we drove home, and we will absolutely be coming back to see Dari when we are back in the market.

The best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership! Manny was our incredible salesman & I could not recommend him more. After having cars with Audi & Land Rover we wanted to try Mercedes after a recommendation on the staff at Mercedes West and it was the best decision we made! Found my way here after another dealer didn’t feel right. From the second I walked in I was dealt with professionally and courteously.
Was in jeans and a hoodie right from work, dealt with me like I was in a 3 piece suit.
No pressure, no sales push.
Listened to what I needed and pointed me in the right direction on a car I was already looking at online and it was a perfect fit.
Everything went smoothly and with no issues. Well one small scheduling issue on a delivery date and they bent over backwards to make it right.
