Spectacular experience buying my second vehicle from Jeevan at Mercedes-Benz Heritage Valley. Jeevan is super knowledgeable, honest, and made the buying process so easy. Thanks to Kevin and Doug as well for a very positive experience, I always appreciate the low pressure atmosphere here. And a special thank you to Ilona and the whole service team as well for taking the time to track down a rogue airtag in my new-to-me vehicle which was left by the previous owner (unbeknownst to any of us until I started getting random notifications on my phone after taking delivery). I never would’ve found that thing on my own! The sales and service departments understood my concern and really went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, and I so greatly appreciate it! Thank you MBHV!

I wanted to give a huge “thank you” to Ian Wong at Heritage Valley Mercedes for making my purchase at Mercedes so seamless. Even as I sat in BC on vacation, he answered every question and put me at ease with my choice of vehicle in Alberta. I so appreciate everything he did for me and all those involved from financing, vehicle overview and my vehicle setup. They made me feel important and their top priority. Great job ?!

Best experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a car and that’s over 50 years with dealerships throughout the Edmonton area! Thank you Ian in sales and Chris in finance, for dealing with us in such a respectable, honest, straightforward manner. We never felt slighted or made to feel guilty when asking for a fair deal in the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle. Such a classy dealership and staff. We would highly recommend dealing with these people and dealership. Thank you again for a memorable experience.

We had a great experience working with Kevin - he was welcoming, informative, and kind, making the process smooth and pleasant. However, our interaction with the finance manager was disappointing. While we understand his role in selling warranties, his approach felt condescending and forceful, which left us feeling belittled. It was a stark contrast to the positive experience we had with Kevin.

unsafe tires sold here
* dealership scamming customers *

My car was crushed in a MVA in Jan 2024, hit by a suspect in a police chase. I had to pick up a new car in a rush. So
I got my GLE53. It had summer tires at the time and I bought winter tires at this dealership as well. I swapped on summer tires in May. Now it is time to get winter tires again. All other tire shops refused to install those winter tires for me, because these are not meeting weight standards. 4 tires together carry 1200 pounds less than the vehicle gross weight. HVMB parts manager says it’s okay, it’s safe, it’s Mercedes approved. But when I asked for something in writing, they refused.
I called Mercedes Canada for help then they sent request back to dealership then no one to help. I had to call again 7 days later, then again 14 days later. Their answer is the same: those tires are Mercedes approved— only verbally, nothing in writing provided. No exchange or refund is provided because I bought them, they are now used.
I bought them because I trusted HVMB. HVMB abused this trust and scammed me. I had a concussion, bruised legs and whiplash, back injuries and was taking a lot of painkillers at the time so I didn’t do my research, and blindly trusted HVMB with my life and my family’s lives. They took advantage of a traumatic and tragic situation.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Jeevan, Alex and Chris were all amazing! Very friendly, supportive, authentic and not pushy in any way. They have great communication and handled everything for me with no stress. Very happy gal leaving with a 2020 Ford Escape 🙂

The experience at this dealership was excellent from start to finish. Far the best level of service I've seen from any dealership in or around the edmonton area.
My salesman Tariq was very knowledgeable and very honest and professional.
I purchased a used vehicle and before any mention from myself, he showed me the minor blemish which automatically gained my trust.
This gentleman goes above and beyond and makes the buying experience pleasurable.

Working with finance was a breeze as well(Chris and Alex) They were very professional as well and there weren't any type of pushy sales gimics trying to upsell you on any kind of extra warranties. They were very thorough with me and very helpful as well. They are very experienced and were even able to get my rate down with the bank.
Simplified the process and even saved me the trip to the registries.

I highly recommend Mercedes Heritage Valley to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They take good care of you from start to finish and with a high level of professionalism and honesty and integrity.

Customer must play mechanic for service department:

I am very disappointed with the service I've received since purchasing my CLA250. I’ve encountered numerous issues with the vehicle, and my recent experience with the service department was particularly frustrating.
When I reported that the engine was failing to heat up in extremely cold weather (below -15°C), along with a concerning noise coming from the engine, my service advisor, Romina, asked me to demonstrate the problem to her technician, Richard. Instead of providing assistance, I felt accused and was told that I was “lying and misleading” him.
Richard went further to claim that it’s normal for the CLA to have heating issues in such cold conditions because of its small engine. He suggested that I drive without the fan or heating system and just “tough it out.” It’s disheartening that as a customer, I am expected to adapt to the weather rather than receiving appropriate service for my vehicle.
Additionally, when I expressed my concerns, I was faced with the expectation of either recreating the issue in their presence or paying a $215 diagnostic fee, as mentioned by Romina. This treatment is unacceptable and has made me question whether I would return to this location for service in the future. I should not have to play mechanic with my own vehicle or feel mistreated when seeking assistance.
