Jon is absolutely amazing. I spent two months going to different dealerships trying to buy a car. I was pre-approved by Capitol One and no one wanted to accept my pre-approval. I walked in stressed and told him exactly what I wanted, What I was pre-approved for and he made it happen. Even though I was approved for 55k i wanted to stay under that so i can continue to travel. As a first time car buyer I was nervous about starting the process of purchasing a vehicle. However, when I showed up at Central Autohaus and spoke with John, I instantly felt comfortable and taken care of. He walked me through the process and was upfront and honest about every little detail that went into buying a vehicle. I would also like to add that he genuinely cares about his customers considering I showed up at 3pm and did not know that they closed at 4pm because it was a holiday. That didn’t matter to him as I was able to walk out of the dealership and drive away in my dream truck by 5!!! He truly is a great person and amazing dealer.
