Terrible car dealership, terrible service, Bought a car 3 months ago for 3 months, they didn't bother to do any paperwork, didn't send anything, made mistakes in the documents, said they would fix it and didn't fix it, justifying this by saying that the guy who does it went on vacation. I have to do what I paid for myself. They said that the numbers would be available in 3 weeks, as a result, I waited for them for 2 months. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Terrible service, irresponsible host.

I found this car through CarGurus and I found a 2019 Nissan rogue exactly what I was looking for it had all the things I wanted on it it checked the list I also met with Sam and he helped me through step one all the way to the end of driving off the driveway with my new Nissan rogue Sam was extremely courteous and helped me in every way that he could his team was very nice and they did all that they were supposed to do The buying experience was so fast and so easy I would recommend this place and they didn't try to upsell you at all they were very honest down to earth practical and trustworthy. I recommend this place for your next car that you wish to buy.

Do not trust their word what so ever, they WILL LIE to you just to sell the car, they will hide things or twist their words to deceive you!

Fastest purchase of a vehicle ever! Here’s how it went: I txted the number that was provided with the online post of the car to confirm they still had it. So I drove out to the place where David greeted me and pretty much handed me the keys. He let me check out the vehicle without him hovering over me (something I really appreciated). After a quick spin around the block, I was ready to buy. It took all of 17 minutes and the sale was done. A big thank you to David for making the whole experience go so smoothly and the fastest I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership.

Came in to see a car found online and it was exactly as presented, took it for a test drive; excellent condition on the road. We went in to discuss price and it was very straightforward and easy, wire transfer and a few forms and everything was done. whole process was less than an hour, no pressure and very professional. car purchased was 2014 kia soul. if they have the car you want 10/10 would recommend. oz is the guy!

If I could give them more stars I would. I’ve bought many cars over the years and these guys are awesome, professional, and patient. I got a great deal on a very nice Legacy 2.5i limited. Low mileage, clean car fax and only 2 previous owners. They car was priced under value just to make it that much sweeter. Not to mention my bank was acting goofy and they still made it happen for me in good faith. It’s hard to find car dealers who care about their customers more than their bottom line. I’m grateful for these guys on so many levels. I highly recommend giving them your time if you’re looking to buy a solid dependable car for a fair price. It was a blessing for me. Try DFW Autohaus and go talk to AJ or OZ before you go anywhere else. They’re going to take care of you. Smart choice if you don’t want to waste your precious time and hard earned money.
