Corporate will help you to resolve issues but the main office will not. Corporate did finally resolve my issues however.

I have lived here for 1 month and have received the worst living experience as well as customer service.

I coordinated with the office a move in time on my move in date and was told I could pick up my keys/move in as early as 9am. I arrived around 11am and was told my apartment was not ready, as they were just beginning to clean it. When I was finally able to move in later that afternoon, I walked into a filthy apartment. I was understanding in the fact that things happen and we get busy sometimes. I was told by 4 different people that they would be able to work with me to be compensated for hiring a cleaner or schedule someone on their end to be re-cleaned but never heard back.
2 weeks in, my toilet was leaking out of the tank. Then, maintenance knocks on my door to inform me that my shower/tub is leaking. I’ve had maintenance in & out of my home over 5 times and was only offered to use other units for water use. They use mom & pop shops for any maintenance so the job will either not get done correctly or it will be dragged out longer than it needs to be because they are unwilling to spend the money to insure a properly working unit in a timely manner. They contacted me a couple of times to inform me of the leak, however I had to be the one to continuously follow up about when things would be fixed or when people would be entering my apartment. Long story short, the issue has been corrected after 2 weeks, however no communication as to when restoration will be in to correct my punched in duct taped bath tub. Moriah finally did offer to get the plumbers back in, but in my previous email I mentioned that I was having surgery and of course they email me the day before, offering the DAY OF my surgery to get it done.
Due to the plumbing issues, they had fans running in my closet with the door shut, I was out camping that weekend, and came to my closet being nearly 98 degrees. I was shocked that nothing caught on fire. With it being so hot, I ran the AC and then found out that my AC didn’t work..
Again, I understand that apartments have occasional issues and things happen, however it has been made clear that my apartment was never ready to be moved into to begin with.
With it being multiple issues one after another, I spoke with Char on the phone and expressed my frustrations. She did offer to have an in person meeting, however I told her that I would like to lay everything out as well as send pictures before going that route to document everything. I sent an email with my frustrations asking for ways to resolve this, whether that be switching units, hiring my own cleaner to be reimbursed, or asking for a small compensation for the time and inconvenience that this has caused me. I never heard back, only from other girls in the office whom told me they don’t have to authority to handle anything further.
Char then emailed me back, stating she “has reached out to me multiple times to address this”. Which is false as we spoke the ONE time and I hadn’t heard anything from her further. She disregarded everything in my multiple emails and demanded that I come in person to speak with her. Which I wanted everything documented, so had hoped to resolve things over email, but she refused.
I made it a point to go in with the mindset that she would help me to find the resolution to get all of this handled. We sit down, and her first and only solution to resolving all of this was “well what do you want out of this, do you want to just break your lease”. I had mentioned that at one point, but I had mentioned it as a final result if other solutions weren’t an option before that. What about offering to pay for a cleaner? Scheduling someone for the plumbing immediately? A simple apology? During our conversation she rolled her eyes many times, argued, and I had to BEG for a cleaner and to get a plumber in. She also “couldn’t guarantee”reimbursement for a cleaner on my own time. We agreed on today, and still no follow up.

I have been very happy with my stay at Arvada Station. The staff are courteous, caring and very responsive. The community is quite and everyone I have been around are very considerate. Communication between management and residents is very respectful and informative. Management sets the standard for all property management companies.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Management is exceptionally rude and ignorant. My garage door crashed down on my car, which they tried to blame on me. When asked how it was my fault, the manager “sher’s” response was, it just is. Has been broken for a month and still not fixed. The one they installed was installed with hazards and never even connected to a clicker even though i put in maintenance requests. When I moved in, I could use the closet in the garage; that is until they locked us out. IT WAS advertised and shown with that storage by the previous management. The “townhouse” style has one tiny closet in the bedroom so there is no storage.. It took them months into summer to replace ALL the broken lawn chairs, there was 1. People had cushions off the furniture all around the pool. The gym equipment looks like they went around to garage sales and bought whatever junk they could. The first few years was okay, but complete garbage now. Probably because it is poorly managed. TAKE YOUR RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE or have a lawyer handy.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

As others have mentioned there is never any parking always trying to rush home as early as I can from work hoping that I can find at least one spot somewhere within my complex that's only 50% of the time the other 50% of the time I'm parking a few units away and having to walk to the apartment which is annoying especially in the winter months.

The main reason for this review is the way they treated me especially after move out I have rented three different units here over a span of five years and the last 2 years were the worst! I was on the second floor so in the middle of two other units there was a fire in the unit below mine causing some damage to my unit and then the last year I was there there was a flood from the unit above causing quite a bit of damage to my unit. They treated me terribly and did not take the repairs seriously it was so inconvenient dealing with management and the maintenance crew to get the repairs finished. The repair from the fire was done poorly and not completely finished until 2 years later. The repair for the water damage was okay but they used a different color paint so nothing matched they also made a huge mess in the kitchen and living room. They told us they cannot clean it up cuz it's a liability on their end. So I had to clean up after the water damage and the construction work which is not fair to me. The worst part of it all there now charging me for the repairs even though it has nothing to do with me this is their complex, their maintenance/repairman and I should not be responsible for any repairs! The biggest issue now is they're charging me to paint the whole unit including the ceiling because the paint did not match and this has nothing to do with me that was their choice. I have fought this for months I have disputed it with them but no management will now talk to me and the counting will not talk to me they tell me to call each other but nobody wants to come to a resolution so now they send me to collections and collection agrees that I shouldn't have to pay for repairs that were caused from units above and below mine it's just a terrible experience and I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs! The amount of time and energy I have wasted trying to resolve these issues just an absolutely terrible company I cannot believe they put people through this crap!

Do not rent here. It is not worth it. They have no available parking. You pay over $2,300 for rent. You then have to pay $8.00 a month per person to park, if you want a friend to stay the night you pay for them $4.00 every night you are there. If you want to park under the awning, you pay $60.00 a month. Then if you want a garage you will pay even more than that. You think to yourself has you look around that paying $8.00 a month extra is not so bad, and it looks like we could get a parking spot. Has it turns out I was wrong in thinking this. I can never have a spot anywhere within the grounds of the apartment complex. I have come home several times to not a single parking space anywhere. Then I was told that I could park 24 hours at the bus station but have a high risk of my car getting broken into. Less risk if I am in the apartment complex. Currently we are on the wait list for an awning, and we will probably be done with our lease before one spot is available for us. I think that if you pay has much rent has we do you should have at least one reserved designated spot. Thanks

Great place to call home. Apartments are very nice and are at a good price. The amenities are great: the common areas are well kept, the pool is awesome, and the hot tub is nice to use after a long day at work. Management staff and workers are professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Every snowfall in Arvada makes it apparent how little Arvada Station cares about the safety of the residents. They put out less than a gallon of snowmelt for residential use and do nothing about the horrible ice mound issue for the northern facing parts of the parking lots. My car has been stuck for two days now with little to no snowmelt left from management. I’ve seen residents shoveling the whole parking lot when Arvada Station could easily hire someone to fix this issue. Residents here pay way too much to be treated this way. Oh, and the blonde lady in the office is horribly rude and acts as if doing her job is the biggest inconvenience of her life.
