I've been a loyal customer at this car wash, making a 15-minute detour past other options because of the excellent service and the way they used to leave my car sparkling clean. I appreciated the pressure washing for my wide rims, which many other car washes struggle to clean effectively.

However, I've noticed some significant issues over the past four to five months. The pressure washing equipment has been out of order, which means my rims aren’t getting the thorough cleaning they need. The wash itself does not leave my car, sparkling and glycerin as a $50 car wash should do. Unfortunately, this has resulted in dirt and residue being left on my car after washes, as you can see in the attached photo of my rims.

I've raised my concerns with management, but the response has been disappointing. They acknowledge the issues but have not offered any solutions or compensation. It doesn’t seem like the district managers of this company really care about their customers if they hear the complaints and are not doing anything. I've spoken to other customers who share similar frustrations and have chosen to leave this car wash.

I genuinely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the problems, so this car wash can return to the high standard we all appreciated. For now, I find myself questioning whether it's worth the drive when I can achieve similar results at home or a closer wash.

I’ve been getting our cars washed here since they first opened! The customer service is ALWAYS 5/5! Management spends a lot of time ensuring supplies are stocked and the grounds are kept nice. A couple times I have washed our car after a road trip —it was unusually dirty but came out of the wash looking brand new. I love the pre wash station with several brushes that are offered prior to paying for and entering the car wash. It really makes a difference when your car has dried bird poop or dead bugs on the paint. The vacuums are usually very strong. On occasion I will move to a different vacuum if it feels weak but this is rare and I am also very picky about the vacuum.

The prices are reasonable and a great deal when you consider the exceptional customer service. I never liked automated car washes but Express on Hills converted me to a regular user with several cars on the monthly family plan.

One of the excellent car wash on Hills. So clean wash and No need to wipe the car after the automatic car dryer mostly the wind shield need to do they have kept cloth to do that. Power full vacuum I was impressed myself to see that clean. Inside dust can be removed by powerful air. Very well maintained. It was $10 per wash as of this review date.

The best customer service I have ever received was today at this car wash by Oliver. What a nice gentlemen, he was super friendly, took care of me and my family with a smile. Will be coming back since he sold us the membership and helped us by explaining all the process of the wash and vacuums. Will be recommending this place because of him. Thank you!!

If you're in the area, this is hands down the best car wash option. The prices are fair, and the monthly subscription offers excellent value. The staff is friendly, and the shaded vacuum stations are a great touch. Highly recommend!

The team at express car wash is excellent and efficient. The car wash works fantastic even when the car is extra dirty going in it comes out so clean. I never thought this type of automated car wash could work so well!

Prices online don't match when you get to location. I got the basic but it still left dirt on my car & back windows. Love the little air blower to get dirt out of hard to reach areas. The actual vacuums suck! They have no suction power and leave a lot of debri behind on carpets.
