Cannot fault the service I received here buying a car for my daughter. From first contact the sales guys were always polite and accommodating. We drove from 3 hours away to look at a car (which we later purchased) and were offered cold drinks upon arrival.
Harry was our salesperson and was honest and upfront throughout the experience making is a delight to purchase a vehicle from him. The following day I received a follow up call to make sure all was well with the car, knowing it was a long trip home.
Its a pity buying cars isn't a regular occurrence for us, we'd see Harry time and again. Well done guys, the best buying experience ive ever had.

The company's customer service was top notch and very professional, the car was as advertised, in very pristine condition, rides like a dream... Best car dealer in Melbourne ever, highly recommend! I just bought a 2009 Toyota Alphard 3.5V6 4WD from them. The manager Naf looked after me with fantastic service. Always patient, polite, helpful and professional , although this is just a cheap car about $26k.
I made a deal with Naf and put 10% deposit for the car in Naf’s office on last Sunday morning. I asked Naf to check the reverse camera, spare car key and also detail the car before delivery. And then when I picked it up the car this morning, there’s a surprise that Naf not only gave me a new spare car key, detailed the car, but also upgraded the old centre screen to a brand new touch screen apple/android Car Play System. That’s amazing ? I didn’t expected that at all.
Thanks again Naf. Will 100% come back again for buying and selling cars in the future.

Overall great service from Melbourne automobiles. They're very friendly, patient, easy and hassle-free as I was considering one of their car, and it was great place to test drive as they're located near freeway. I ended up purchasing their car after testing various cars and couldn't be happier.

I would've given 5 stars but due to them changing car value in the midst of consideration, it did left me feeling frustrated for a while although we renegotiated new value in the end. So I would recommend them but also need to be little cautious.

Had a great experience buying my Toyota Crown Majesta from Melbourne Automobiles. The condition exceeded my expectations and they have made the whole experience of getting into my first import so easy! They have a large various selection of cars at a fair price. Would definitely recommend buying here.

I am writing my second review after the last one.
I could not receive a replacement for the defective media player until 4 weeks after purchasing the car from them.

They haven't called me once since I bought the car.
After I left a 1-star review, I got a call from the general manager. He asked me to delete the review because he would solve all the problems.
I tell him I can't trust you anymore, I said I would delete the review after you all resolved the issues.
He said he would send a staff member to me between December 6th and 9th.

And again there was no news and my calls were not answered.
They lie every time they open their mouths
They won't even send you RWC details, they will keep lying to you when there is a problem with the car they are selling, and they won't even answer your phone.

Giving them even 1 star is a waste.
They sold it to me without making sure the car's media player was working properly.
I have visited them twice since purchasing the car, but they have not been able to resolve the issue. I bought a Nissan Serena and all the other cars they have had the same problem.
They haven't Answered my calls since I purchased the car and it's already been over 3 weeks since I purchased the car.
If you want to talk to them, you have to call the company. If you call the dealer, they won't answer.
I have no intention of transacting anything here again and I will actively discourage anyone from going here.
