New patient here and waited over an hour to be seen. Then waited even longer in the exam room to have a student come in to take notes. The second appointment a few patients went ahead of me even passing my appt time. What is really the point of having an appt? Also, I used the Mychart tool to have a prescription prefilled and messaged the NP AND PROVIDER per the office staff. GOT NO RESPONSE. The least they can do is respond why/why not it can't prefilled. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you got a lot of TIME to be wasted.

I have made an appointment Twice and both times they were canceled the day of. It already is hard getting in as a new patient I do not have medi-cal I pay for my own insurance. I spoke with Stephanie she let me know to just look for another place if I am not happy. No I am not happy that I relied on your services I trusted you not just once but twice, both times I was called the same day that the doctor was not going to be available.

Stephanie was able to find another appointment that was still 4 weeks out. I had a referral from the hospital and I need to be seen asap for my current health conditions and now I wasted my time trusting a Dr. Office who just does not care. I could have already had been seen by another doctor. Now I have to try to find another place just in case my 3rd appointment gets cancelled last minute again.

I saw Shelly A. MY NEW N.P.
Shelly is a competent, caring, and Well Versed in Womens health.
I felt all unease leave me. I felt open to really ask questions. The staff are wonderful, from the front desk to the exam room. I received Excelent Service. Today gave me faith in humanity. She listened. I am happy to go back. I will not feel uncomfortable next year. It was a really good experience for me.

I went for my appointment today at 9:30am with Dr. Agrawal. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The majority of the nurses are completey rude, a older lady was sick in the restroom and needed help and they just left her in the bathroom. I went because I had issues with bleeding for 17 days, He asked if I wanted birth control I said no since it makes my hormones crazy and it makes me gain weight. He then proceeded to say I was fat so why does it matter? I Was in complete shock. He then asked me what I would like him to do, I told him that he was the doctor, that's why I came to him and he stated he wasn't going to do anything and if it still happens in 3 months to come back. I was so embarrassed and upset even more so because he had 2 students in the room with us. He didn't even ask me if I was comfortable with them bring there. I was so upset I cried in my car on my way home. Please do not come here, they truly do not care!

Horrible service! I was referred by my doctor to this office on September 7th and I never got a call. I had to call them on September 27th to check the status, apparently the doctor had yet to approve my referral. They said they’d call me as soon as she did, they never did! Ridiculous! So, I decided to call back today October 5th and was told a new story, now they said they were short staffed and that nobody was able to get to get to it, unbelievable! I wanted to stay within st agnes medical facilities because I am a patient at the residency clinic and they are great, however, the obgyn is surprisingly so unprofessional. I’m happy I didn’t become a patient there wouldn’t trust them with any my information! They need help asap!

Juanita is not a nurse not a dr but is definitely unprofessional I had went into the clinic to sign up for temporary insurance. She mentioned two days in a row that the system was down there just seems like she doesn’t know how to work a computer ,she gave me her personal number told me to call her 8:30 I called at 8:30 and kept calling at 9 left multiple voice mails until I got a hold of the front receptionist Monty she’s a great help and transferred me directly to her . Then I went the next day and she said they don’t do temp insurance, don’t waist your time here till they get rid of her don’t know how she’s working in a clinic . Mind you when I was there she was just texting and on her computer then says “oh looks like the system is down again we have this problem so much “ sounds like she need training , I just don’t understand how the system doesn’t work don’t waist your time here ladies you will regret it there are so many OBGYN don’t settle for here

I don’t know what’s with all the bad reviews but I’ve been coming here since 2020 and love it, the staff are always so pleasant and always make time to try to get you in asap. Also I just love Shelly, she is amazing and very caring. Please don’t let negative reviews sway you. This is a great place in my opinion and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This poor excuse of a OBGYN office for women. You would think the front desk and nurses would do their job right the first time! maybe even the second time! I seen Dr. Dabbs when I was pregnant w/ my second girl before she stopped working at this practice. Mediocre care.
She left and now I use them for my women services, and let me tell you it is not any better. I have went twice for possible Uti & Yeast Infection and both times they took a urine sample and DID NOT CALL ME BACK EVER! Both times. My UTI got severe and If they wouldn't have lost my Urine Sample AGAIN, I wouldn't have to be going to Urgent care and spending time, money and I wouldn't be in the pain I am in right now If only The people who work here could've DONE THEIR JOB RIGHT! I am not coming back to be a fool a THIRD TIME. Please get out of there and look for a practice that CARES about your well being and the staff actually enjoys what they do! The only good thing about this practice is DR. BEDI who delivered my baby w/ exceptional care.
