Dr Mathew knedal lied to me he said he could fix my botched knee replacement. He told me that they used a striker robotic assist machine that gave more precise knee replacement he gave me a brochure to take home...he replaced my knee a second time today was my last appointment with him...my knee is still unstable very loose..but he says oh it's fine ..the hell it is. I asked him if he used the Stryker robotic machine he said no that they don't use it for revision surgery... I said then you lied to me sending me home with the brochure your gave me on our initial consultation...now you say it's never used on a revision knee surgery I think I taped his consult on my phone.. said to him you said you could fix my knee but this is a failed surgery also...that's what my QME Dr said ...that the second surgery he considered a second failed surgery. So don't go to st Agnes orthopedic Drs ...mine lied to me . Did not get my knee stabilized..he said the only way to fix it is to replace the whole knee again....yea right .

As of 2022 this facility has improved dramatically.
I would now recommend St.Agnes.
Josh Lazarus is an excellent and thorough provider.
Had an MRI in January, and when I called to find out what the results were(6-16-2021), I was treated rudely by the people I talked to.
I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, then they started sending my calls to their voicemail.
Only one person could help me, and she wasn't there.
I have not received a call back, and I don't expect to with their attitude.
If you don't want a headache to go with your body aches, avoid this place unless you think a patient should be treated like a problem.
You will also see they don't address issues here, only highlight positive reviews.
They absolutely will put you on hold until you hang up as they are looking at caller ID.
After 2 hours on hold and being told different things by different people this is absolutely the worst office ever.

Unfortunately everything was great. Dr Grannis was very professional and friendly. Then I asked for a call back from Dr Grannis or her PA. Three times. Three different days. Crickets. I loved Dr Grannis’ bio. I was counting on the treatment she described she aspires to. Must be a front office issue.

The place is clean. Front staff did their job fine. Even when busy, I never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. The doctors were professional, diagnosed quickly/accurately, sent me to 12 physical therapy visits closer to my residence, and the problem fully resolved. I was greatful to get good care!

I love Saint Agnes and Dr Knedel, but my only complaint is the staff not answering calls. I realize everyone is busy but, I have been calling for two weeks and have been transferred to the admin assistant. I left a message on her voicemail and she never attempt to return my call. This is very rude and I will address this with the doctor at my appointment. I think the doctor is phenomenal, I gave it 4 stars because my calls were ignored.

Wait time was very short and the office staff and doctors move quickly and give you the time you deserve for your questions and concerns. I love this facility!

Met with the PAC. First appointment was in 2019 X-ray showed a degenerative hip problem and both hips need to be replaced. Went today and with no follow up exam was told that he wouldn't perform my surgery because I smoke. My husband asked to speak to the surgeon, and wasn't allowed. The PAC said that the surgery is elective. I guess having the ability to walk is also elective. One star is more than deserved.

To whom it may concern,

I came to get help for my right hip excruciating pain, but Dr Knedel blew it off and said it was just a bursitis problem and suggested just using OTC medicine for the pain, well I got a second opinion from University Orthopedics, and he knew after doing a intense examination that I was having issues inside my hip bone and gave me a shot and also using an ultrasound machine to detect where the problem was and insert the needle with pain medicine, ever since that procedure, I’m feeling like I did 30 years ago, I may need a replacement down the road, but because he took the time to diagnose it properly I’m no longer in pain!!! I would not recommend Dr Knedel for anything that is persistent and he blows it off like a cold
