I was looking for a good deal on a new 2024 Yukon XL with the options that I wanted. After months of looking I came across this dealership. They had the vehicle I was looking for and it was listed at a great price.

I live over 7 hours away from this dealership, and Pete the salesman I dealt with made the process easy. Pete communicated with me regularly, there was no haggling involved, he wasn't pushy and assured me the car would be held for me. So I rented a one way car to get down there and Pete picked me up from the car rental place.

I had to wait around a bit before they brought me into the finance department to finalize the paper work. If I could have walked straight to the finance department, it would have been perfect. Who knows why there was a delay, but I am not going to hold it against them.

Once I was in the finance dept. Michael did a great job of walking me through the paper work. I was expecting to be pushed to buy things I didn't want, but that didn't happen. Michael explained what they had to offer, provided his recommendation, and as soon as I said no he moved on. I wasn't in the finance department for long before I was happily on my way home in my new car.

I've bought several cars from other dealerships in the past, and they were always exhausting/stressful experiences. Casa de Cadillac of Sherman Oaks was the opposite of that. If I am ever in the market again for a car I'll be sure to look them up. I'd rather spend a day driving to buy a car from them versus risking going through the normal car dealership hassle.

I had a highly negative experience at Casa de Cadillac due to severe mishandling of my
2024 Buick Envista. After it disastrously fell off their service lift, the vehicle sustained catastrophic damage, including a destroyed radiator, air condenser, a paint job for the ENTIRE car and various critical components, leading to preliminary repair estimates upwards of $14,000.
The dealership, particularly the owner Howard, was very argumentative and consistently downplayed the severity of the damage. They provided misleading photos that showed only minor dents, starkly contrasting with the actual extensive damage. Despite the obvious need, it was an external body shop, not Casa, that suggested the vehicle should be totaled.
The lack of transparency and honesty in Casa's handling of the situation was profoundly disappointing. I had to fight to have my insurance recognize the vehicle as a total loss, an outcome Casa resisted. Given the serious risk to vehicle safety and customer trust, I strongly advise against using their services.

Very negative experience with this dealership. I purchased a Cadillac Lyriq from them, and in the first 3 months it was all fine. 3 months after I purchased the car, the roof glass started to crack spontaneously. They honored the warranty and ordered a replacement glass to install. Also, the tailgate of the car and the rear camera mount were misaligned. Meantime and until the roof arrives, the car's system started collapsing: the car wireless charger stopped working, the car rear camera stopped working, the AC started giving a very loud hum, and above all the super cruise (autonomous driving) stopped working. I conveyed this to the representative at the dealership service department, and they promised to take care of all of it. I put the car in service and it takes them two weeks to replace the roof and fix the issues. During those two weeks I hear from the representative that they did this and they did that, but the car is not ready. At some point I go to the dealership to take stuff from my car and I see my car all disassembled, windows open, all of my stuff just thrown there on some desk and the floor of the shop. At that point one of the mechanics who didn't know that ik waiting too long, told me that the glass they ordered came broken and this is why I had to wait that long (which no one told me, just every day telling me we are hoping to finish by tomorrow). Eventually they called me to say the car is ready. NOTHING was fixed except the glass roof. Super cruise still don't work, charger don't work, tailgate still misaligned (which they said they fixed), rear camera don't work, and humming still happening. At this point they have no answers to how and when they will fix it and I am planning to lemon this car. Do yourself a favor and if you wanna get a Cadillac there's another dealership in Beverly Hills. Very bad and very amateur.

I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Casa de Cadillac due to their terrible service, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

I purchased a 2023 Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership, expecting a premium vehicle with premium service. Instead, I received a car riddled with issues and a service department that is incompetent, dismissive, and outright dishonest.

Lies and Rude Behavior.

Beyond the car’s defects, the worst part is the attitude of their service department. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and even lie to customers about repairs. They claim issues are "fixed" when nothing has changed. Instead of taking responsibility, they brush off legitimate concerns and make the customer feel like an inconvenience.

Buying a Cadillac should be a luxury experience, but Casa de Cadillac treats you like an annoyance the moment you drive off the lot. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The frustration and poor service simply aren’t worth it.

⭐ 0/5 stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been getting my Cadillacs serviced at Casa de Cadillac for the last 20 years and I currently own a 2020 Escalade. Eric Clark is my service representative and Eric is absolutely spectacular.
Eric has a positive attitude and always surpasses my expectations by quickly diagnosing problems by providing quick solutions in a timely manner. Eric has a clear communication style and makes sure I am always aware of my repair status. PLUS, Eric somehow manages to return the car freshly washed every time. Eric is a top-notch service representative and I give him a 10 out of 10!

Pretty sure I got a lemon car.. bought a car that was only 3 years old with 22k miles (2019 XT4) and I have had non stop engine issues. Had an AC compressor issue within a month and that’s just where it started. The electrical system is shot. The emissions system failed. The check engine light will not stay off. And now the stability track failed and my car had reduced engine power. My car has stopped in the middle of the road on me 3 times and I haven’t even owned the car two years. I have anxiety to even drive the car at this point as I don’t feel safe. Run, don’t walk away from this dealership.

The fact that Jessica S. Posted a review about Hanna being rude, and the dealership responded to the review and specifically signed it as Hanna vs Matt like majority of the other responses shows how dedicated to being petty this dealership is. Far from professional. They care more about getting a jab in than doing their job.

Best Cadillac service in all of Los Angeles! Since I bought my Cadillac, I've never had an issue with this location. The manager, Eric, is fantastic—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Called 3 separate times to confirm ordering a recall part for my vehicle. Each time they took my info saying it takes about a week and they’d call me then
only to have no record of it when I eventually follow up a few weeks later
. After repeating this process multiple times I will try a different GM dealership because this place clearly doesn’t have it together.
