I was searching for a 2022 BMW X3 and found that iluxmotors had the exact car I wanted at a great price. I scheduled a test drive with Omid, who was fantastic and honest, providing straightforward information about the car and its price. The deal was finalized smoothly and handed over to Broneel, who was responsive and helpful. Although I was initially confused by the transition, clearer communication would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, the purchase process was smooth and enjoyable. I was cautious about additional fees, but there were no extra charges within the total price, unlike some other dealers in town.

Iluxmotors offered much better service and a higher quality inventory than the big brand dealerships, and I highly recommend them!!

Was in the market for a RAV4 and happened to come across a listing from iLuxMotors on CarFax. Went to check out the car and left with it the same day. Very professional. Place is kinda hidden but worth looking for. Made an appointment and was greeted by friendly staff, car was waiting to be looked at and test driven. I decided to purchase the car and the experience was a good one. I would strongly recommend these people if you are interested in a new vehicle.

I bought a BMW 5 series from them in September, and encountered the following unpleasure.

1. The odometer was 3000 miles more than the advertised because one of their staff used the car as a daily driver.
2. The wheels are not original. One of the tires was from 2015 and they didn't know how to read the DOT code.
3. They tried to include a $215 dmv penalty in the registration fee because they forgot to register the car since April.
4. They charged me $633 registration fee and promised that I would get a full year of registration, i.e. next September. I doubted about that but they said they were sure. However when the registration card came, it expires in next April.
5. I tried to get part of my registration fee back and got denied.

IMO they were no better than the average dealerships, no idea why there are so many positive reviews here.
