I was searching my area for a reputable Chevy dealer for my new truck purchase. I was unable to find anything in the central valley, but located Camino Chevy in Los Angeles. I had an outstanding buying experience. I drove over four hours to make the purchase and had zero issues. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in and my new Silverado Trail Boss price was more than acceptable. I had a few issues with some body work damage and they were more than accommodating. They delivered the car to me out of town after the repair. Francisco was my sales rep and he did an outstanding job 100% would buy here again. Everything they promised me they delivered on. This dealership solidified my reasoning for not purchasing cars in the Central Valley. You guys did a great job.

Carlos is awesome. Easy purchase. Good deal. Carlos put up with my questions and requests. I drove 3 hours for the deal. Had a problem with some major scratches in the bodywork. They accommodated me and made it right after the deal was done. Very reputable.

I took my 2016 Silverado for a warranty repair I clearly told the advisor Michael serafin please don’t wash it, my truck is black and I know they wash the cars with a brush so I was trying to avoid getting swirls all of my truck and I had just gotten it ceramic coated a few days prior so they I picked up my truck they had washed it and it had a bunch of swirls and scratches so I go talk to the service manager he tells me they could polish it I told him if they polish it the ceramic coating was going to come off he said they couldn’t do anything about the ceramic coating that all they could do is polish it to remove the swirls so if you have black car make sure you tell them to don’t wash it or your going to get it back with a bunch of swirls.

Camino Real Chevrolet Service Center Review
Frustration Beyond Measure

1. Repeated Visits for the Same Problem: I've unfortunately found myself returning to this service center repeatedly for the same issue, only to have my concerns dismissed time and again. The lack of resolution eventually resulted in catastrophic failures, including a new transmission and EV battery.

2. Extended Repair Times: They held my car for an entire month during which little to no progress was communicated. After finally getting my car back, it was disheartening to find that the initial problem persisted.

3. New Problems Arising: As if to add insult to injury, within just 40 miles of driving after the supposed repairs, the check engine light illuminated again. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when trusting them with such critical repairs.

4. Lack of Accountability: Each visit leaves me with more frustration and disappointment. Despite them having a complete history of my car, the attempts to resolve issues seem half-hearted at best.

5. Seeking Alternatives: This experience has convinced me to explore other service centers. I am actively looking for a place that values customer satisfaction and has the expertise to address mechanical issues effectively.

In summary, I cannot recommend this service center to anyone who values their vehicle and peace of mind. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for competent and reliable service.

I feel like any time I schedule service it can’t be done that day. There are some great service staff. Others struggle with customer service. I dropped my car off Saturday morning at 830 am. I felt like they didn’t touch my car until Monday. I had to call to get the update on my car. That wasn’t until 3pm. I’ve had other issues with service at this location I don’t think I’ll be returning for business.

Excellent service, quick and easy. Max was very detailed with paperwork and knowledgeable on the different trims of the new SUVs which made our decision much easier.
