I’m sorry, I’m viewing this at 1:04AM on Thursday morning and I’m blown away. I’ve purchased over $2.5 million in Vehicles here in 20 plus years. I’m troubled by what people are saying because I have NEVER experienced this, the owners have honored everything they have told me they would. My very first car I purchased from the, I finance at 19% and when I paid triple payments and decided to sell the vehicle they gave me more than I paid. From then on I done business with them. I’ve purchased vehicles that I have taken back and changed my mind with and it was no problem. Recently their auto body shop and completed $58K in repairs on my Bentley in which the insurance company only wanted to pay $10K but they pushed them To fix and replace every part Bentley. I have purchase three luxury vehicles at different dealerships over the years, and because they couldn’t beat the price they advised me to go with the other dealers, and yet they’ve kept my vehicles serviced to honor warranties. When I had problems with my cars which was very rarely, they were completely covered under the extended warranties and I only paid the deductibles. I’ve referred tens of new customers and not one has ever complained. I’m curious now to hear the stories on the people who are complaining on here because i can’t believe it. I’m going to get the whole story of what happen because these people for over 20 years with me have never had a problem and I find it hard to believe that they have drop the ball with this complaining. As a matter of fact, they are going to be so shocked and surprised that I see this and bring to their attention because this family doesn’t do business the way these complaints have been lodge. I’m looking for the 580 Benz now 2023 and didn’t see on their page, but I know they’ll
Get it for me at a great deal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Considering this ordeal was over multiple days, and I could write a novel depicting every transgression that ensued, I will try to hit the high points here after summing it up in one word: Robbery.
This place consists of a dealership and a mechanic/body shop. I went to have tires, a tuneup, and a pump done on my car here, and here are just SOME of the issues I faced with the owners who tried to play it off as if they were doing me a favor. From the start, there were inconsistencies in the hours of labor to do each aspect of this job, pricing of parts, and methods of arriving at said charges. The initial quote was $2400 which I was reassured I “would not be paying. It won’t be that much.” However, AFTER THE WORK I NEVER AUTHORIZED WAS COMPLETED the second quote was almost $4,700. As ridiculous as that may sound, it is not even the worst part. Here are just SOME of the charges I was forced to pay after they completed work without giving me a quote:
4 Spark Plugs changed: Parts $74.72, Labor 3.8 HOURS x 175/hour for a total of $746.82. When I questioned the owner about the labor hours, he tried to belittle me and make me try to take the spark plugs out myself. On top of that, he would hide behind alternate explanations being “there was a lot of rust,”(car has 50K miles on it), or “the system estimates the amount of time”
Oil change and filter: Parts $101.96 and labor 1.6 hours x $175/hr= $391.65.
Brake Bleed and flush: Parts $350 (for the service I assume, there was never an explanation given) +$15.42 for brake fluid, labor 3.8 hours x $175/hour= $1,030.42 total.
Air filter: parts $37.92, labor 1.5 hours x $175/hour= $300.42 for an air filter that requires 6 Phillips head screws on top of the engine to replace.
Miscellaneous: $1,706
This is just the tip of the iceberg. Again, after speaking with the owner multiple times, the prices changed for services, parts, and labor. Ultimately, the bill was about $3350 after multiple arbitrary changes due to “rounding”.
This establishment is blatantly and audaciously robbing customers without any explanation other than an ignorant “this is the price you’ll find everywhere else,” even after disregarding all other quotes I could find, trying to invoke reason into the situation. When I went to pick up my car and attempt to reach an agreement that both the owners and I felt reasonable, the owner had his employee “print out individual papers with each charge on it,” as he left the establishment, and me waiting in frustration for well over an hour. While I was waiting, to top it all off, an exchange was had over the phone with a family member of mine and the owner that ended with the owner saying “F* you. F* him. You don’t get the car until I get my money.” And an extremely questionable end to an awful encounter in that they do not accept debit or credit cards. I would not return if they were giving away vehicles for free.

Amazing, safe, friendly and one of the best Dealership I have came across!

As a first time car buyer I was doing research on internet for best quality cars with fair prices, and came across this amazing dealership. Location is so convenient and after 1-2 conversations on call I loved the vibe and I decided to just walk in and meet the sales team in-person. (They are also very Covid aware & safety oriented)

After looking at multiple cars with great sales team, to check financial options I was contacted with their sales manager Amir F. Not only he helped me understanding the car I was interested in buying but also shared great industrial knowledge which would have been just impossible to find on web. As a first time car buyer it was amazing to be able to ask questions and get his honest opinions on everything.

I had the most wonderful experience buying my first luxury car with Amir at Dream Motor Cars.

I had originally looked at another car at a different lot who tried to charge more than what their listing price online was. I called Amir who instead gave me a deal over the phone in 5 minutes. I realized the other lot was being dishonest and I immediately drove down to look at the vehicle that I had been looking for two months online with Amir instead. The car was in amazing condition. I was able to easily put down a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could get off work to pick it up.

Amir and Ben truly made the experience simple and honest. This was my first time buying a car by myself, let alone a luxury vehicle. I had passed this place for work for over a year and never thought I would end up buying a beautiful car of my own from them. I can't thank you guys enough.
