they were nothing less than amazing! he tried it out with my bank which is from Alaska. my bank didn’t want to do it so he got with his and stayed with us until 8PM to help get the deal done and the car out with me. it was a huge relief because I didn’t want to make my 6 hour drive back home empty handed. he has a great personality and was amazing the entire time! great business for any car dealer. he was upfront about everything.

After coming from a very bad experience at a different dealership feeling helpless, we met with Zack and he had over all OUTSTANDING customer service. He had spent over 8 hours helping us make this deal when our bank was giving us problems and insurance was expensive he went over and beyond helping us find cheaper prices AND helped us get the car same day while there was many obstacles, he did not give up on us like many would have. Where can I start, this is literally the best dealership you can go to, they are very trustworthy, & the reviews speak for themselves. Before going with them to check out the cars, I always check the reviews online, & they seemed like the best one, & was I right. Zack is trustworthy, he had a lot of patience while we were working things out, he also answered every question we had. Nowadays it’s hard to find someone like Zack, a genuine person. As well as a dealership like Royal Cars Inc that has great quality cars. Overall im beyond satisfied with the overall processes & my Alfa Romeo. Buyer beware. Please Please check your fluids as soon as you can after the purchase. Water magically appears in your engine oil when you refuse to purchase any warranty. Apparently any customer that refuses to buy any upgrades has the same problem
