Initially worked with Greg and did not have a good time. He was rude and didn't answer questions. He cut us off and told us 'he was in charge' and continuously changed the subject. We were seconds away from walking away, but eventually Trey from financing took over and he turned the experience around. He was patient and informative and we ended up leaving with the car we had come in for.

We have typically gone to AutoNation VW in the past, but will not be returning. We brought our Passat in due to the heat not working. We were quoted $3300 for repairs, which seemed astronomical so we got a second quote. We received that quote and had the car repaired for $488. How is it possible to have a difference of almost $2800? The heat works great. When I called to discuss, the Service Director never seemed to be available and I left multiple messages. No return. I then decided to leave a message for the GM, no call back. I will be returning to the other garage on HHI for all future oil changes, etc. Disappointing does not begin to describe how we feel.

Sadly, we got our Beetle serviced with a routine oil change and the oil filter they put on had a faulty O Ring. After weeks of oil leaking, we took it to another garage. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the filter and oil. Not a drop of oil and Beetle is running perfectly. Called and addressed the issue. Well, they will not stand by the negligent part, their work, and the person I spoke to said “it happens more than you think.” I would hate to think if it were a wheel, tire, ect. and caused a life threatening accident. I guess the $67 spent with Auto Nation and the $217 to fix Auto Nations mistake is better than causing an accident or losing a life. Lucky it was caught by a reputable garage and the car is not permanently damaged. Also, I was promised a call back by noon today. Obviously, there was no call. Choose wisely…..

Wanted to give a shout out to AutoNation VW. Our salesperson Greg and everyone there provided us with a great buying experience. We could not be happier with our Atlas Cross Sport. The transaction was smooth and we will recommend AutoNation to friends and family. The 2024 enhancements VW made to the Atlas make it a game changer in my opinion, it is more upscale. We really like the leather interior, ambient lighting, and the led light bars. It drives amazing. If you are in the market for a larger SUV, check out the Atlas.

Don't bother visiting this dealership. They don't return messages and really don't seem serious about selling cars. It is really too bad because the cars seem to be very interesting.
