Reception and work was done great. Jacob was outstanding and understood the needs requested. Issue with the auto butler. Great job cleaning the outside of the car but can pay attention to detail more. Rims, tires and wheel well still dirty. Emblems on back of SUB still dirty. Windows not properly wiped door frames still dirty. Dust and dirt still are present on exterior.

Went in for an oil change and was able to get a tire rotation, mechanical inspection AND have a recall part repaired in about 2 hours. Had a great waiting area with snacks and vending machine available. Popcorn machine constantly full of popcorn and HGTV. Comfortable seating with built in charging port, it’s a great spot to be when waiting. They were all friendly and made sure to either say hello or shake my hand. This is my 2nd time being seen at Grainger Honda and I will absolutely be coming back for all future services!

i took my car in for a fuel pump recal, took them 2 days and they left my car trashed . Broke my cords to my lights and cameras, didn’t even pop the interior plastics back in , and how is there foot prints all over the back of my front seats…there is also scratches and dents all in the body , i keep my car clean so i know those scratches and dings are new…im tired of grainger honda .

I purchased a 2025 Pilot Elite and it had some minor factory defects, I called and sent pics of the damage they called me back the following morning and ask me to bring the vehicle by they assess the damage and luckily the had just received a vehicle that was the exact same.
