Was shocked this dealership chose to pass the credit card service fees to its customers at checkout. It's the price of doing business.

Disappointed this dealership only has one SLOW EV charger. I had to go to your competitor to charge (and was happy to pay to use it).

The actual work done on my car was good and the staff were friendly and respectful. Some easy operational changes to make and my overall experience (and review) would have been very different.

A truly great experience. From start to finish. I visited the dealership and test drove this Mach E prior to purchase. I worked with Alayna and Laurel from day 1. I appreciate their knowledge and no pressure of us shopping around to purchase. We were torn between a Tesla and the Mustang Mach E but very much enjoyed our Ford experience much more than Tesla. Alayna and Laurel were very knowledgeable about the all electric mustang and answered all of my questions and concerns. We are very happy with our experience from start to finish and the thorough follow up after we purchased the car. Will highly recommend this dealership.
