My father and I had a wonderful experience buying a car at Universal Nissan. We bought a Lincoln Navigator following from an on-line ad. Alex M. guided me through the whole process. He even stopped by to pick us up at Brightline station at Orlando airport. The sales manager was working on our paperwork when we arrived and we had a short wait. He sold us a warranty for much less than I had already purchased that I appreciated - saving me ~$120/month. Again - a very positive experience and once we bought the car we headed back home to Fort Lauderdale.
