Bought a car from this shambles of an outfit. It was one of the worst decisions of my life. Sold me a car that within 2 months the head gasket blew!
When I asked for help/compensation from the onwer of this company. He basically threatened me and told me to jog on!
How these cars pass any form of MOT is beyond me. The guy is a SCAM artist.

The company will be reported to Trading Standards and the ombudsman and I URGE everyone to do the same!!!!

I was sold a car with a fraudulent MOT and the car was not safe to be driven on the road. I took the car to a garage and the bill to make the car road safe was more than I originally paid for the vehicle.

I contacted the owner and asked for some compensation but was spoken to aggressively and was repeatedly lied to. He eventually offered to contribute a small sum to the garage bill, but I chased for 2 weeks and never received the payment and then I was ignored.

I highly recommend you don't shop here.

Bought a Mini Cooper from them and it came with a fake MOT. Steering went on it twice. Reluctantly they came to collect it as unfortunately they choose the wrong person to get the better off. I told them that it was their responsibility under the Consumer Act 2015. They collected it 3 weeks ago and now they don’t respond to calls,VM or text messages. I’ve filled a missing car with the police, opened up a complaint with the Motor Ombudsmen and opened up a chargeback with my bank. The car was only £1400 but that’s irrelevant. DO NOT BUY OR BELIEVE ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS . I wish I’d read these reviews before my purchase.

The dealer advertised the vehicle as FSH with main dealer and one owner.

That was a pack of lies. The car was last serviced by the main dealer 9 years ago and there was no further service history from 2012!!!! The car was on its 3rd owner and the photographs were touched up, so many of the defects weren't visible from the photos!!!!!!

Upon opening the bonnet the interior was filthy and rusty and tons of old leaves were inside. The interior was in a very bad condition (not visible from the photos). The dealer hadn't made the slightest effort to clean the car and there was absolutely no paperwork on the car. The dealer claimed it was a trade in for a new BMW 5 which I didn't believe for one moment, especially as the most expensive car on the lot was about ⅓ of the cost of a new BMW5.

The dealer was unable to answer any questions I put to him about repairs etc.

My advice would be to steer well clear of this particular dealer or insist that he provide paperwork to back up his claims.

I went with a knowledgeable friend who was driving the same vehicle as I was interested in and he was horrified at the poor condition of the car fir sale, the lack of paperwork and the blatant lies the dealer had told us about the car.

Do not buy form these people!!! I can not stress this enough, it will be nothing but hassle!! I wish I had read the reviews before I went to these guys.
The cars are way too overpriced and all you get is a faulty vehicle. I had to take the one I bought back within 2 weeks as the car was clearly shaking and vibrating (this is after I took it for the tracking and balancing to be done days after purchase) I had taken it to a well known mechanic and they told me all the things that were wrong with it and that they wouldn't have paid more than £600 for it...I paid £1550! When I demanded a refund which I was well within my rights to as per the consumer rights act, it was nothing but messing around and delays to then be told they were knocking off £150 due to me having it for 'weeks' and 're-advertising' What a joke! Only after I told them I was taking them to court, charging them interest and charging them for my public transport fees, did they finally give me my full refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My first time using this company I wasn’t really sure at first but when I arrived I was greeted by a member of staff who was welcoming and he showed me a few cars he had selected to fit what I was looking for after asking me over the phone before I visited them. Then he offered me test drives on the couple cars I preferred the most and after the test drives I pick a Nissan Juke out that was perfect for me and the price was less then my budget so I was pleased. I would definitely go back to them for my next car in the future and I also recommend them to everyone looking for a car. They offered me best customer service and best price for the car I brought.

Terrible customer service. We drove all the way from Leeds to view a car. We called as we were setting off. We arrived and they just said the car wasn’t available anymore and they called us to let us know. They absolutely had not called us. They didn’t even apologise. Manners cost nothing. Do not trust these charlatans
