I would always measure good customer service by how well a company sorts out issues having got something wrong (which to be honest is always going to be a possibility, even with the best businesses). In my case, having reported an issue to the manager, I found the response of all the staff involved to be honest, helpful and courteous. My issue was sorted quickly and left me with a great impression of the dealership.
