We do not live locally, but the communication before actually visiting the garage was positive and informative, which made us feel confident to do the miles to visit. We were not disappointed, the car was exactly as described - immaculate (unlike other garages we had visited over the last month). My husband went to look at the car (which was spotless and very well presented), Scott was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When we went to pick up the car, it was a lovely experience, which is how it should be and the car was even better than when my husband first viewed it. There was a minor issue with the car when we picked it up, but Scott did not want us inconvenienced and not take the car with us, he assured us that they would sort this out. There were a few calls with Mike and a pick up was arranged. The car was taken back to the garage, the issue put right and the car returned to us (all in one day), cleaned and with a full tank of fuel. We have an incredible car, which was made even more special by the EXCELLENT customer service. Our thanks to Scott, Mike and Paul. We most definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this garage.

Had a car from here and I can honestly say it was totally hassle free from the minute we got the forecourt

Mike showed us to the car gave a quick breif of the car then left us alone
He then came back out and asked if we would like to test drive it … again left us to it … so no salesman sat breathing down your neck and boring you to death with sales patter… had an absolutely great test drive around the stunning country rounds just out side of Romiley
got back to the dealer and spoke to Mike
A little bit of banter and a deal was struck ..

A few days passed and I received a call to tell me that the MOT and pre inspection was all done
Arranged to collect the car (Sunday morning)
Arrived on the day
Car was presented to us as promised
Log book tax all done their n then

Drove off happy

Don’t get me wrong the sales men were lovely. I financed an Audi q3 (black and grey)and i had nothing but trouble. After a week of having it the car wouldn’t start, I took it to a local garage and his reply to me was I’d take it back and let them have it. I travelled a distance to take it back for them to fix. I then waited a week or so and travelled back. Within 12 hours of having the car back it wouldn’t start again. At this point I lost hope. Car was great but something was definitely wrong with it more than what they was saying. I asked to extend the 3 month warranty as considering I had all these problems but the offer was declined. Once I threatened to return the car I got offered 4 months warranty. I declined as wasn’t happy still. The car is now back up on there website so be careful.

Can’t recommend them more. We were planning to buy a van on finance and on the final step if approval finance rejected us due to the type of van (luton). The guys were on the phone with us and helped to find a new finance company which turned up to be much better deal than original. Spot on customer service and after sales support. We have bought countles vehicles before but this is the best experience we ever had.

Where do I start? I could not recommend romiley car sales anymore. From start to finish of buying my car the amazing team have been nothing but helpful! I am in love with the car and if it wasn’t for the help I had I would still be looking now! As a young female going to buy a car I was apprehensive but they were all so kind and caring towards me! No pushy sales just genuine help and great attitude from each member of staff. 10/10 and I will definitely be returning to you when I am ready for my next upgrade! Thank you so much

I can't fault these guys, the car I purchased was very well presented and ready for the test drive. Scott was super helpful with no pressure selling at all. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a car.
