Not for nothing this train is very good,clean, understanding and all ya don't know how to leave reviews for one the signs say when it's gonna leave two no one gonna wait for u either be on time or bye 3 the conductor or helpers showed me everything like a tour and explained everything I needed to know , am from NYC so this is like major help in this area I would be taking this train to work every day ...keep up the good work sunrail

Well I don’t get it that the SunRail is close on Saturday and Sunday there is no reason that the parents have to drive all the way to Orlando to waste gas and look for parking and if they ride the train then they don’t have to worry about paying for public parking the only thing they have to pay is food for their children so can you guys open on Saturday and Sunday pls

The train and workers all wonderful but so many issues that could easily be fixed and should never have been an issue.
1. unable to purchase tickets online
2. No weekend trains
3. station workers unable to communicate with train staff prior to arrival.
4. ticket kiosk work slow so if your barley on time you pretty much missed it bring us back to #1
5. 15sec to board train

Today I witnessed a Mother, father and 2 children, on the upper deck, miss their stop. The staff said they can only wait 30 seconds. They had a toddler and infant in a Stroller! He waited 8 seconds at most! Inconsiderate and very rude. Said he was he was running late. running late. Well, winter park was having a art Festival and it's Spring break. You have to account that, . What a shame. Passengers, are not Cattle! Hope it closes down soon. No customer service at all. I had to show my sunrail card, 4 times. Is this a joke? Did I change my seat numerous time, change outfits? Ridiculous. It's a plastic card, with lots of money on it. And it smelled funky in there. Disgraceful

This place is so far away from my home in Cape Coral, yet it's worth the journey! This is the first and last spot you'll see the Auto Train run through as it leaves and arrives at the Auto Terminal a mile south from this very station. Schedules are clearly shown, safety is taken seriously with a Security officer here at all times, and it's not quite hard to miss a train as there are signals in both directions! Do be careful about the Railroad Crossings in front of the station, those tracks are owned by CSX, but don't work most of the time. The trains will do their best to watch you to make sure you're safe, but watch your back while you're here.

Security Officer here was quite nice and knowledgeable! He knew the schedule as if it was on the back of his hand, made sure everyone was safe (there were some rowdy passengers) and was an overall nice guy to talk to.

Train conductor left and told me he had to go when I was trying yk very best too be as fast as possible, I basically had to Uber from home to the station and then he left, now I have to spend 25 dollars on the cheapest available Lyft instead of using the SunRail for 2 dollars, kind of messed up they won't wait for their passengers
