UPDATE: Good luck getting your vehicle serviced here. Can’t even get an answer or call back from anyone. Will report to Ford but doubt they will do anything.

This was the best dealer experience I have ever had. My salesman was very polite and not pushy which I really like. The GM and finance people were also very polite and treated me like I was part of the family.

I would recommend this place to everyone!

Erica was wonderful to work with, replies where quick and to the point. We got the entire deal set-up via e-mail in 1 day.
Drove 6 hours to trade in my old truck for the new truck, was at the dealership just a little over an hour and then on my way back home (another 6 hours)

Update Sept 2024:

We just bought another Bronco! We got a 2024 Bronco/Outer Banks/Gloss Hardtop this time and she’s beautiful! Since my review below in 2023, the dealership was sold (it was previously Bohn Ford now Ford of Harvey) to the current owner and all the employees are different but the experience was still great! I worked with salesman Steven Loeb who went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for. They hunted down rebates for me and they even had my truck delivered from another dealership in the region at no extra cost (it was within a reasonable distance, of course).

I was financed through Ford which got me the best rate and rebates. They have a pre-approval process on the Ford website so I highly recommend going that route.

Overall it was a great experience, we love the truck and we look forward to working with them again next year!

My experience was great at the Harvey Location. To my surprise I walked in to get an oil change. The service representative said no problem Mrs Miller, I will get right to it. I was shocked to not be told that there were no available times that day. The service representative took my keys and told me where I can wait until the job was complete. It took less than an hour for a complete oil change. I was extremely impressed. Job Well Done?Don Bohn Ford!!!
