I was randomly looking for a car , & I wasn’t expecting anything. But Alan was a HUGE help . We came in two days ago on monday at the Slidell location and he was very nice but when we came back in wednesday (today) it was a different story. we took the truck to tire town to get everything looked at and they said it was good besides the engine and transmission because they couldn’t check it. we got our own guy to come look at the truck at the dealership and the engine and transmission were good but the passenger seat sensor was broken (meaning the air bag wouldn’t deploy which is a safety hazard), the oil and coolant were overfilled, and there may have been other things since our guy couldn’t check the other things since we weren’t at their shop. when we were trying to figure out how this would go as far as the warranty, in house financing that he offered, and negotiating the price since there was a number of things that needed to be done to the truck, he was very condescending. when my girlfriend got visibly annoyed with how he was acting he said she was being hostile and didn’t need her business and he could sell it to someone else for a grand more ALL DAY. the things he said to her were very uncalled for and that isn’t even everything this man said. he didnt seem like he was a very good salesman. it almost seemed as if he was just trying to get a reaction out of her. A good salesperson would have tried to say things to alleviate some of her stress, but he just drove paying customers away. In addition to that, he offered us in-house financing and while we were in the process of doing that, a woman of color came in to look at a car and asked if he offered in-house financing and he told her no, it was very odd. overall he was very disrespectful, arrogant and extremely condescending. we DID NOT have a good experience at all and will not be returning. We do not recommend this dealership in the slightest.

terrible experience. Got a diagnostic on the truck i was looking at and a couple codes popped up including the passenger air bag sensor and the transfer case. then my mom asked if there was anyway to lower the price reasonably so i could afford to fix those things because he wasn’t going to fix them and he said 500 was all he could do and when we asked about using the truck and just putting it in 2 wheel drive to maybe avoid messing the transfer case more he said no it would be fine it was no big deal, BUT before that he said he was a car salesman not a mechanic so why would he tell me it’s fine if he’s just a car salesman (i’m aware he just needed his rent paid and was “doing his job” and then when he said he could only take off 500 i chuckled and he proceeded to say he didn’t need me to buy it he could sell it for a grand more and sell it all day so i said well i don’t need to buy it from you. buddy got mad that his rent wasn’t gonna get paid this month. moral of the story check your vehicles out before you purchase them especially from alan he’s just tryna pay his rent also while i was inside a woman came in, and i say this because it’s important; previously to the woman walking in, i asked if they do in house financing and he said yes. while i was in the middle of figuring out the finances for the truck, this black woman came in and she asked a few questions, but most importantly, she asked if they had in house financing and he told her no it was very strange the whole experience was just awful and i would NEVER purchase a vehicle from him. ALSO he didn’t even know what the packages included for the warranty for it my mom asked a question and he took the pamphlet and read off the page like thanks but we could’ve read it ourselves. overall wasn’t a good salesman or i would’ve bought the truck even with the things that needed to be fixed. hey alan this is for you buddy i just wanted you to know i had 100% intention to walk out with the keys in hand and drive it off the lot but after you decided to be arrogant and then saying i was hostile when you said you could take 500$ off trying to sell a “decent” truck with a couple serious codes i decided when you went to get water for my mom that i was just gonna waste your time i knew i wasn’t getting the truck just based off of your customer service so i just made you do figure it all out knowing i wasn’t getting it?you must feel playedddd anyway hope buddy comes up with that 2 grand maybe he’ll buy your truck update he also said someone was coming to get it thursday after they got the remaining 2 grand in cash that piece of trash truck is STILL in the parking lot NOT sold because alan is a big goof ball who thought his bluff wasn’t gonna be caught lol he’s not the brightest
