Good quality products at good price. Store is well manage by staff. Most of food items you can get easily which you don't get at Kirana store. Staff is helpful.

Though the market is one stop solution for everything you need, the staff is very RUDE. *They asking customers to take off footwear outside and shop barefoot, which is an alarming thing to do this time.*

Also, me and my mother went to buy some stuff and we just found an item that was not in our list and thought of buying the same, the salesgirl who was assisting us, we asked her to touch the item and show us the item as we all know the situation of pandemic and understand the same. There was another salesgirl who suddenly started shouting not to touch the item we not intending to buy and to make it quick. We didn't even touch a single item that was not in our list, we didn't even check item while buying just to make sure we avoid touching more items as it is supermarket and a large number of people visit there. From our safe homes we are going to a vulnerable place like supermarket, obviously we should be the one more scared. We bought crockery item and even didn't check that to avoid contact.. And this kind of behaviour was really disappointing. The salesgirl assisting us had no issues as she herself was witnessing our behaviour and this owner and other staff's behaviour was *pathetic* . I understand their concern but when we are being responsible in handling things as we are also worried about ourselves then there has to be a cooperation. Rather if they are so concerned, they should close the supermarket and sit at home safe. Who knows from where the owner is, from where is staff is coming, which public transport they use while coming to supermarket. Even we should have raised these concerns. We all are scared but then to panic and behave in this was with your customer is not a solution.

I was standing outside only as my friend was buying something and j don't want to go inside. One of the store guy came and told me to wear the mask which I think Ok and I wear the mask. When I entered in store, everybody was wearing mask only for name purpose including the cashier/owner. It's better not to wear mask... I really don't like behaviour of the staff. They suppose to follow all instructions and ask other to follow same.

They have almost every good food brands, daily needs, grocery item. They do have fresh stock of all products. From plastic house hold items to beverages and dark chocolate slabs to kwality walls ice-cream, they have it all. It's one of the oldest shopping mart in Nagpur City but probably they have only one branch i.e. in Trimurti Nagar. Other items like spices and dry fruits are also available in good quality at best price.

They have a good collection grocery and stationary items. Considerable stock and choice of items. Staff is courteous. They offer a membership card and give reward points which can be redeemed for equivalent amount of goods.

The shop is pretty good and has a decent number of products. Thought it would be highly suggested to carefully walk around considering cramped aisles. It may become difficult to find products due to the same reason, in such cases do call the staff who are present nearby.
