This is a review for the valet service at St. Anthony's Hospital, operated by Pro Park Mobility. Particularly for valet attendant Ky!!
Ky is exceptional and went out of his way to help me when trying to lift a patient who I transported to the hospital, back in her wheelchair after slipping during transport!!
He assisted me and when we couldn't do it on our own went out of his way to run into the suite number where her appointment was and grabbed an MA to come out and assist us in helping get her in the wheelchair!! He went above and beyond and is a shining example of what customer services! He stepped out of his element in his normal job duties to ensure customer satisfaction and the safety of the patients at the hospital! He should be commended!! Exceptional Ky! If you ever want to transport job with MetroCare Ambulance, let us know! We need people like you!!
