If you enjoy being ignored, this is the place for you! I walked into the dealership and felt like I had suddenly become invisible. Maybe they thought I was a ghost? ? The salesperson finally acknowledged my existence after I started test-driving the coffee machine in the waiting area. Spoiler alert: the coffee was the best part of my visit.
When I finally got to see a car, it was like a bad blind date. The car looked great in the photos, but in person, it had more issues than a reality TV show. The salesperson’s pitch was so rehearsed, I half-expected a laugh track to play after each line.
In the end, I left with nothing but a caffeine buzz and a story to tell. If you’re looking for a Benz, I’d suggest trying your luck elsewhere—maybe even a haunted house. At least there, the ghosts are supposed to ignore you.

Tim Endo is the absolute WORST. That is just why your service department is so poorly run. Today David K, had Danny release the car and tells us “the car is patched up, the light has not been repaired, if you hit a bump it may go out again”… DTLA motors… HOW, just HOW do you say that to someone and think it is ok.! This place is TERRIBLE.! I allowed my daughter to make this purchase on her own. As I sat there. To build character. And WOW YOU ALL HAVE REALLY LET US DOWN. I even asked if we could return it I was so mad.! Get it together. And I mean QUICK. No I did not proof read. You totally get my point.

*Recently email the general manager, Tim(I think it was)Muzyka. And never received ANY response.

Avoid this location. I recently purchased a car from Daniel, and as soon as the transaction was finalized, his customer service completely disappeared. He didn’t even accompany me to my new car—I had to ask for it myself. A couple of days later, I noticed a scratch on the brand-new car and reached out to him, but he did nothing to address it. He has ignored my calls and texts and hasn’t followed up about the issue at all. This salesperson lacks professionalism, and I would strongly recommend avoiding him. The dealership’s after-sales support is nonexistent, and I am deeply disappointed with my experience here.

What is the deal with this dealership? I have to say that the service department is one of the worst places I have ever dropped my car off too. After a bad experience the last time when I brought my car in for its scheduled maintenance. That somehow a two hour service check turned into 5 days before getting my car back.

Then 6 months later I received a recall notice for my car and thought I would give this dealership another try. Well let’s just say that at a max of 4 hours to do the recall repair, it’s now at 8 days into it and since the service tech doesn’t answer your calls or even does any follow up with you who knows when I will have my car back.

When I made appointment I stated that I needed a car and requested a loaner. When I dropped my car off I asked again for a loaner, and was told that they will call me by the end of the day when one comes back in. Its been 7 days now and there's been zero response about the loaner or even an update on my car repairs. After looking at my Mercedes App, I can see that the car was parked the morning that I dropped it off (7 days ago) and hasn't even been looked at since. Why would they have someone drop off their car and not even touch it for days? Plus they are closed on the weekends which means it will be next week before it’s even looked at. Meanwhile, I am stuck paying for Uber rides on top of my car payment for my car to just sit in their lot.

I do not recommend this dealership, if you can find somewhere else to go, you should definitely choose the other place. Otherwise you will have the same issue.

The service is here is absolutely terrible! JUST PRESS NEWEST REVIEW AND SEE ALL THE RECENT BAD REVIEWS AND HOW LONG IT GOES FOR! I don’t usually write reviews but I feel like it would be wrong of me not to let the public know about my experience. Anyone you talk to at this dealership will give you an attitude. It seems like the employees here are on edge and snaps whenever you talk to them. I had a salesmen clinch his fist at me when I was just getting confirmation about my car lease. I’m a person that avoid drama and tension so I have to drive a few extra miles to a different Mercedes Benz dealership so I get treated like a normal customer! Please don’t go here for your sake…

I am compelled to write a negative review about my experience with Marcos Alexander Lopez, a so-called professional with 15 years of service at Mercedes Benz LA. Despite my prior conversation with him regarding the car price, he lured me into the dealership under false pretenses. I made it clear that I was suffering from pneumonia and my daughter was also unwell, yet he completely ignored my situation. There was no greeting or acknowledgment from him, and I felt treated with blatant disrespect. His attitude was downright cruel and rude, leaving me extremely frustrated. I had driven a long way based on our discussions, and he had promised to assist me upon my arrival. Instead, I was attended to by Nick, who rushed through the process and ultimately wasted my time. This experience was incredibly disheartening.

Avoid this dealer like a plaque. Can’t be trusted and they compromised my vehicle to make more money. Went in with a tire replacement and within less then 12 hours they came up with a list of “must change” one of them my car battery that was perfectly functional.
