I am delighted with the i3 I bought from Wisely Automotive. Arthur, Emma and Martin are a great team. It was not just the buying experience that is excellent but also their after sales. A sensor in the engine went wrong and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Wisely under their warranty. Emma came to collect the car, which was repaired in good time and then brought back to me. A few weeks later, Arthur came to check his work. I have no hesitation in recommending Wisely Automotive.

I was struggling to find an i3 specialist near me so was really pleased to find Wisely’s remote servicing option. Arthur serviced the car on my drive and did a great job, his communication was excellent and knowledge invaluable. He was able to pick up faults a regular garage just wouldn’t know to look for and fix them on the spot, as well as advising on future jobs that will need doing. I would recommend to anyone - worth every penny.

I travelled a long way to have my BMW i3 REx serviced at Wisely and would happily do it again, because Arthur was absolutely superb.

He knew the car inside and out. Especially since Wisely sold the car to the previous owner. Arthur diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to make informed recommendations, which he respectfully communicated via telephone before actioning.

I thoroughly recommend their service, as well as, their informative YouTube videos and Facebook posts and replies to fellow i3 owners, which are fantastic acts of public service from genuine i3 fanatics.

I can't recommend Wisely enough. I bought my i3 from them in 2023 and it was beautifully prepared, and they were very transparent to deal with.

A complex warranty issue was handled with the utmost professionalism, which was genuinely refreshing.

I've just returned from a 2 year service, and the comprehensive checklist, battery health check and advice was all very welcome.

I travelled from Yorkshire in Jan 2023 to collect my beautifully prepared i3. Haven't regretted it for a second.

The reason for posting a review now? I had a drivetrain that stopped the car dead. Found a local garage competent to deal with it and they diagnosed a wiring issue that I knew was related to an issue the car had prior to sale. Spoke to Wisely - with no hesitation they offered to pay for the fix. Incredible customer care.

Great helpful team whether over the phone or in person.
Ended up buying my BMWi3s privately, it hadn’t a charge lead so popped along to Wisely who had a selection of new & reconditioned.
Their YouTube films have helped me out immensely as I & my friends don’t have any experience of EV’s!
Booked in for service & repair this week, happier to wait for a free slot with them, than go elsewhere!

Superb.
Was time for my i3's service. Rather than use a main dealer (see the FB EV groups for the horror stories about "stealers") I took my i3 to Bermondsey and to Wiseley Automotive.
Wisely have been superb advocates for all things EV, (check out their YouTube channel) and are well respected and trusted within the motoring community, having been awarded "MOTOR TRADER Used EV Retailer of the Year 2023" from AutoTrader.
Anyway, the service was completed and new front suspension gaiters replaced the split and worn ones plus the corroded top mounts were replaced at the same time.
I spent a morning in Greenwich, whilst the car was serviced and sorted, by the expert mechanic at Wisely.
Highly recommended.
