I have over the last few years used AG Lees for the purchasing of several vehicle including the sourcing of a desired model. These cars have then been serviced and maintained by the firm using up todate technology, I have no complaints.

Booked my car in for its MOT and service. Customer service was good to begin with initially. They called to say the car failed, but if I would like to take it to another garage, that would be fine. I'm confused by this, but I rebooked it a couple of weeks later when they were free to fix it. Took it in again to be fixed. To be them told they can't fix as the mechanics weren't qualified enough. Theu were very sorry about this. So paid £300 for a failed MOT and service and took it to another garage who fixed it no problem to be told that THIS garage could have fixed it!!! So AG Lees obviously couldn't be bothered!! I was without a car for 3 and a half weeks because of all this, so it was very inconvenient.

Gave a list of things needing fixed, they tried to fix what the felt like fixing, told me the didn't have time to fix what they had doing diagnosed as incorrec, used to be a good garage, not any more, if I did this in my business I wouldnt have any customers

I recently purchased BMW 2103 3 series with 50,000 miles on the clock. For the price I was skeptical… made an enquiry and Bill and Steven were very factual and honest … coming from London and having to drive back 350 + miles I obviously was concerned, however, I should not have been. The car was in fantastic order and after a test drive I could clearly see they pour a lot of effort and love into correcting anything on the car and gave me confidence to purchase. The 350 mile drive back was a breeze and the car didn’t miss a beat. I couldn’t recommend buying a car from this team more. Thank you Bill, Steven and the A G Lees team.

I bought a car from there other site in tweedbank it passed a mot ? But within 4 months and very few miles the exhaust fell to bits rotten they were no help as very rude they were very hard to contact I won’t be recommending or using either of there garages again very poor

Bought our daughter's first car from this local family owned and run business.

The dad showed us the cars, the son sold it and the daughter was around too.

My daughter loves her car and the service, year's MOT and competitively priced warranty has given us all peace of mind.

Finance was very competitive and we were able to be guarantors for the finance so our daughter is starting her credit history on a great footing.

We're highly likely to be back.
